Love this school! My son attended daycare from 18-27 months twice a week and we decided to switch him to Blossoms Montessori when our daughter was born. During our search, we first loved the location of the school itself. It is tucked way back away from the road which makes me feel like my son is very safe. You must punch in your 4-digit pin to enter the building and then again on the computer to check your child in and out. The director is very kind, thorough, answered all my questions, and has a passion for the Montessori method. I love that she actually enters the classrooms to teach and she knows my son personally. I was a little apprehensive about switching him because he did enjoy his previous daycare; he was making friends and was used to the routine. But, he loves his NEW school! He wants to show me everything when I arrive to pick him up. He wants to go outside and play and not leave right away. He adapted very quickly and they payed attention to his cues as he was newly potty trained. He pulls his own pants up and down which he doesn't do at home and takes wonderful naps at school. I like that we have to send him with his lunch every day. I am in control of what he eats and he eats better at school since all the other kids are eating their food. We are very happy with our choice and I believe he thrives going to school every day more than being at home. The routine is great for him, he gets to be social and learn. 5 stars

Our son came to Blossoms after being in a small home daycare, and though we felt he would do well academically, we worried about him adjusting to a more structured environment and being around more kids. But Blossoms teachers and staff welcomed him with open arms, and were patient with him as he adapted to his new school. Now not only is he excelling in Montessori studies, he's also made great friends, loves his teacher, and is excited about going to school everyday. He even gets to take in-house piano lessons, which he loves! We couldn't have found a better place for our little one!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I'm writing this review because I feel unheard and unseen by the director of this facility.
I came into BSM needing next-day child care as we were new to the area, and I was unaware that there are a lot more Montessori schools to choose from. I was sent a welcome packet with a set of prices and a "100% Happy Family Money Back Guarantee". When I got there the very next day, the prices had went up.
The building seemed sanitary and I liked that the classrooms were nut-free but the outside play area was ONE old plastic, unkept sunburned play set next to a sewage drain and a small concrete sidewalk. There were a few picnics tables on the other side of the field - that's it. I was unimpressed but we are a Montessori household and I wanted child care to be the same.
I withdrew my child after ONE DAY, and put her in a different Montessori school in the area that had 4 different play areas for each age group, ample space for riding around and playing with different set ups.
I reached out for some sort of reimbursement with an offer to compensate for the 1 day via email and voicemail, never got a response. Long story short, this business is determined to keep $700+ of my money for 1 day -- Jayden has been very condescending and the director is harder to reach than the president.
It's flat out wrong to not prorate or refund a customer for changing their mind after 1 DAY!! And it's bad business to not communicate and keep such a substantial amount of money for doing incomplete work. Contract or not, no parent should be forced to complete 30 days of childcare if they are unhappy after 1 day - 100% Happy Family Money Back Guarantee is completely false advertising.
*****ADDED NOTE: Parents beware, this school will go to the furthest length to deceive and exploit your money. How could you deceive AND PAY a daycare $700+ to watch your child? A STORM DRAIN in a play area for 1 year olds is a HAZARD.
The director was completely unwilling to cooperate before writing this review and offered a partial refund to remove it -- now their claim is defamation after ignoring and denying any communication about reimbursement. They are money hungry and could care less about mothers who have genuine concerns about their child's safety. ALL ACCUSATIONS ARE VALID and we will see whoever is hiding behind BMS IN COURT!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

You filed a fraudulent dispute to get a full refund after receiving our services, and we have documentation to support our position and that is why your dispute was settled in our favor. You deliberately deceived us and made false accusations regarding the safety of our facility. We have two, large, fenced play areas in the back for children of different ages to play. We have a storm drain which is absolutely necessary to have, as it helps keep our playground safe and free from standing water. Our Happy Family Guarantee is only applicable if you give your child a 12 weeks acclimation period, which was clearly stated to you.
We possess all necessary evidence to demonstrate that you have engaged in defamatory behavior.May 9, 2023Previous reviewThere are better schools in the area. They only have one play area for all students that consists of an old, sunburned beat up play set next to a DRAIN SEWAGE and retention pond. Can you imagine your kid falling or playing with that, SAFETY HAZARD.
Had a hard time resolving a simple issue and they scammed me out of $700+ for my child attending for 1 day due to safety concerns. Keep looking, it seems good until things go bad!

Ms.Mary is a wonderful teacher. She is very kind and humble and so is her Husband. My son started going when the world was experiencing the pandemic, obviously i was very skeptical to send him as that was his first time. However, Ms. Mary made me n my child very comfortable and moreover I loved her montessori curriculum for a home based that is par and beyond. It's been 2 yrs since my son is going to her and he learned so much.

We love Blossoms Montessori School! Our daughter started attending at 12 months and she loves it. The staff is super friendly and attentive. My daughter is learning so much and I can see she has acquired great social skills as well. They have always made adjustments or corrective actions as needed and are very responsive and communicate well with parents through the Brightwheel app and in person. My daughter is super excited for school each day and I'm so happy she is in a positive, loving and educational environment.

My husband and I had been searching for months for a school for our 1 year old and 3 year old. We looked at 8 places in the area. Although there were some impressive places, I went with my mommy gut because this place felt, special. Our kids are always happy when we pick them up and they are learning very quickly. My 3 year old is writing her name already after only 3 months! Crafts are brought home every Friday, pictures are sent everyday, and there is always something fun happening. It is very diverse, and are taught to give affirmations. My daughter sings" we are thankful for our food" at home now. We love Blossoms Montessori School!

My kids love this school! They are so friendly, attentive, and care for your children as if they were their own. This school is incredibly diverse which is so important for our children's development. My kids come home every week with a binder of all their school activities for me to see what they've been learning and all the fun they've had. I am updated with photos and messages throughout the week to see my children in action while at school.

We have had such a positive and reassuring experience with Blossoms Montessori school for our child. It stated at the very beginning during the admissions process. I could feel the warmth and individualized care for my child right away. I even was able to meet with the director about my concerns during my child's first week of class. All Teachers and administrators are professional and the school operates with order and efficiency. My child's teachers have shown genuine care and concern for my child and promptly respond to any inquiry I make in the app or in person. The doors are always locked and facility is secure. The faculty is clean, bright, modern, and welcoming. My child loves going to school, seeing her teacher, and seeing her friends every day. She has expanded her vocabulary and knowledge of key concepts and ideas that kids 2-3 years older than her are mastering. She also enjoys the class work, science and art projects, interactive lessons, circle time, and social events. Most importantly, she has benefited tremendously from the implementation of routine and structure in her daily life. Very pleased!!
