This is a great daycare! The staff work tirelessly to make sure the kids are safe and engaged. They have a preschool system to get kids ready for school and summer activities for the older children. We have never had a problem with anyone here and our daughter really likes it here. The place is deceptively large with a huge playground in the back. Tuition is reasonable and we really enjoy it here!

We tried this facility out in May 2023 - August 2023. It was not for us. The communication could have been better, I never received reports of what my child was doing all day (meals, nap, etc). I feel his diaper was also not changed as often as it should have been (rashes). The convenience of the operation hours was great if you needed to drop off/pick up early/late. However, many times I was standing at the door waiting for someone to answer it. There never seemed to be a sense of urgency. They use an app for check-in/out and payments. However, they did not utilize the check-in/out and many parents would just drop their kids at the door (not even walk inside with them) and leave. God forbid there be an emergency. They wouldn't have a log of what child was there that day because no one was using that system to track kids.

Great with toddlers! Ny daughter went there for six months and we miss this place! Unfortunately I switched jobs which caused us to go somewhere else but they did great with her.

They never open on time. They typically open around 7 instead of 630 so you end up waiting until they feel like arriving. The owner decided last minute to close early the day before Thanksgiving giving the parents only a week to find other arrangements. I have heard her bad mouth the teachers and the parents, very unprofessional. She also called the cops on one of the teachers when that teacher quit, accused her of theft even though the teacher didn't steal anything. Then next day she puts out a statement and makes sure to pass them out to the parents as they leave; this statement said that she had no choice but to call the cops and blah blah. It was ridiculous and petty. Thats really when I should have withdrawn my kids. I can't believe the other teachers are still there with her as a boss. The teachers are wonderful but Sudah is the absolute worst. She is a garbage person who has absolutely zero people skills and does not know how to run a daycare. Find another daycare because this one is not. It's only a matter of time before everyone quits or stops taking their kids or sues.

My son has been attending Blossom Valley since he was just under 2 years old. He absolutely loves it here. The staff is great and care deeply for the kids. My son's vocabulary has greatly increased since starting at Blossom Valley. But what's great is, not only are they laying a good foundation for school, but also teaching them good life habits. Manners, listening, playing with others, etc. I feel like my son is safe and well cared for at this daycare.

Blossom Valley Academy is just the best! My son has been attending BVA for about 3 years, since he was a year old, and all of the teachers are fantastic. My son is VERY active and can be a handful but the teachers are great at keeping him engaged. I can tell that he's really learning there, and he always comes home excitedly telling me what he's learned and done that day. When we're on vacation, he tells me his misses his teachers there, and all his friends, so i know he loves it there! The facility is a good size, with separate rooms for different age groups, a dedicated cafeteria room for meals, a gym building, and multiple playgrounds for different age groups. The rates are quite reasonable, as compared to other daycares in the area. I couldn't be happier with them!

Called this morning to find out about tuition. The woman who answered the phone was so rude she had a very bad attitude and was talking down to me. I love my kids too much a first impression was all I needed. The price on tuition for my infant was the most expensive around the area.
