Blooming Expressions Flowers

If I could give SiX stars I would! One word-WOW. I literally remembered our executive assistant's birthday flowers at 10pm last night, and I panicked. I submitted an online order, paid online, and asked in the comments for them to be delivered before 10:30 AM if at all possible. THESE GORGEOUS FLOWERS arrived at 8:15AM!!! I kind of want to order some for myself now. :).
I am so ecstatic with how beautiful they are, and absolutely thrilled with the level of service. Bravo! Hands-down, this will be my go to floral shop forever in Phoenix. Thank you!

First but not the last time that I come to this my new local neighborhood florist!

Unlike most floral shop, where they have prearranged flower arrangements- they (Blooming Expression) created from scratch an amazing floral arrangements

Called and tried to place an order an arrangement and I got hung up on twice... Called back a third time no answer. No call back no one tried to reach out to me. This is very unorganized and unprofessional.. I won't waste my time trying to support them as if they seem that they didn't want my business!!!
After I left this comment the response was good luck taking your business some where else!!

I have lived in downtown Chicago, Boston and New York. Since I moved to Phoenix I usually create my own floral arrangements from Trader Joe's because I can't find any place that has such beautiful and creative arrangements - until I received flowers for my birthday that came from Blooming Expressions Flowers. The arrangements of flowers and colors are so elegant - beautiful and just high end quality. I feel like I am getting flowers from the fancy floral shop in the upper East side in NYC.
This makes me very happy. I have since referred and purchased and have never been disappointed. I am so glad I received flowers from them. What a great birthday gift - thank you :)

I live in North Carolina and will not order flowers from a .com floral company nor do I want to order flowers from a place in New York City to be delivered to Glendale, AZ. I called Blooming Expressions on Friday afternoon and asked for a Christmas centerpiece to be made and delivered to my sister in Glendale the following day. I'm hard of hearing and don't see well, so dealing with me can be rather "interesting" ... the florist was attentive, patient, and did exactly as I wished. The flowers were delivered on time and according to a family member..."Beautiful. She loved it!!" Thank you, Blooming Expressions.

Now, I've never been to this florist, but the fact they design custom orders and don't send pre-made arrangements is a winner in my books.

Ordered flowers for my boyfriend in Phoenix all the way from Bloomington and found this florist on yelp. It was so much better than I could have hoped for and the flowers were even more beautiful in person than on the website.

Even the card was handwritten and the perfect card for what I was trying to say. When I put in the wrong apt number, the deliverer made the effort to call my bf twice to make sure she was getting the flowers to the right person.

I couldn't have even happier with the service and product. Thank you Blooming Expressions!!

I am very picky and very particular, but Blooming Expressions Flowers blew me away with their arrangement. I definitely recommend Blooming Expressions Flowers! You won't be disappointment and their prices are very competitive!

Messy and ugly bouquet! My boyfriend paid over a hundred thirty dollars for two dozen roses and I only received 16. One of the lilies even had a broken petal and half of the roses already look wilted and it's only been 2 days!!! Also had to pull out some of the ugly leafy fillers because they looked cheap and horrid. Do not order from here!!!!

Incredible service, prompt on time delivery. Great designs. The owners seen to take personal pride in their work.

Would highly recommend to anyone who needs arrangements for weddings, funerals, etc, or just needs a quick bouquet on the way home.

This morning I woke up in a panic. It's my mother in law's birthday and both my husband and I had completely forgotten. We're still newlyweds and this is a disaster.

I called Blooming Expressions around 10 AM with a very vague: "I need an arrangement delivered some time today. Fall-ish colors and I don't care what kind of flowers. Make it beautiful and here's your budget."

Not 4 hours later I get a text from my mother-in-law:

"Hiiii! Look at the beautiful flowers that came to my door today. What a surprise! The bouquet is lovely!!! Thank you both so much. I enjoyed your nice card too. You're so special."
The text included two smiley faces and a kiss-y face.

Crisis averted.
