I see Angela at Bliss. Wonderful stylist, friendly & professional. She listens and works her magic on my hair.

Pics from 1 week later you can really see it. still upset about it. Asked for a refund and was told that won't be happening. I should get a refund and honestly they should have to pay to fix this!!! So... I'm waiting to consult with yet another stylist and salon to fix this mess. Really bad.

Would not recommend it. The owner is unprofessional, a gossip, and inflexible. Absolutely no loyalty to the customers. The salon itself is also dirty and not well maintained. Next time you're in there, look around... there are dust bunnies in every corner and hair everywhere. Not a good look

Angela is very talented, love what she does to my hair. She really takes the time to consult with me about what the best look is for me,so nice to find someone that is in to what she does( rare). Plus she has a super personality.
Every one is very friendly at the salon. Making you feel at home.

I *LOVE* this place! Really friendly staff, awesome service, reasonable prices. My first time there I went with Sara, who turned out to be an excellent stylist, and I haven't gone to anyone else since.

This salon is located on the lower level at the shops at Northway right off of McKnight Road. I was in the mall for a separate appointment on 12/28, and as I passed I stopped in just to see if they had any openings for a haircut. (I hadn't planned to get one, so I didn't have an appointment.)

They didn't have a service 'menu' available. The owner, Dianne, who was helping me said they'd recently changed their list of services and hadn't had one printed. I asked about haircut prices and she said they'd be $28-$32, based on who did the service. She said she had an opening due to a cancellation ~15 mins. from then and gave me the haircut for $32.

The shop is well decorated, clean and comfortable. It makes up for the drab surroundings of the mall itself. Dianne was great; she was friendly and personable. She gave me a shampoo and conditioning, then sat me down for the cut. She asked what I wanted and I mentioned that I spend zero time styling, so she adjusted her recommendations based on that. (It's nice that she didn't push me to do something that would have required me changing my daily habits.) She did the cut, then blow-dried it straight with the brush. She added a bit of mousse and hairspray, so it looked really good when I left, as well.

I was pleased that they accept all credit cards, so I could use my Amex. They accepted tips by card, as well. I was very pleased with the service, value, and overall experience. I have a friend who has been looking for a salon to give her a bit of bright pink color, and when I mentioned it, the owner said that another stylist, Aurora, is the one in-house who's experienced with the color. Aurora was there with her short, black hair bright pink at the ends. There was another customer there who gets bright color, too. When I mentioned that my friend has an 'office job' and would need to have it toned down a bit, they offered suggestions of how they've done that in the past; either adding 'clear' or 'conditioner' to the dye to mellow it out. Based on the level of experience they seemed to have and my experience, I recommended for my friend to get in touch with Aurora for an appointment, too.
