Here's my Pearl of wisdom regarding this place.

Friendly service and a lovely little homestyle place for Viet Coffee, for Crawfish (which they have lately), for snacks, for other Boba drinks. They're in a part of town that doesn't have much (Westchase) even though it's near Viet-centric Alief and Chinatown.

Definitely somewhere we'll keep coming back to, and while it's not my fave Boba shop in Houston, it's definitely worth of 5 stars and it's also pretty cheap, too.

Okay I swear I made a review here a while back, but I guess I didn't! This boba shop is a must go if you're in the area!

Let's start off with the service: the service was pretty good! I asked questions and the lady helped me out pretty well. I got a drink that had mango/lychee/ strawberry in it, and it was amazing! I honestly never have the craving to get another drink after I drink my first one, but this place will definitely make you want to get a second drink.

Only con was that the A/C was broken (or off) when I came, so it was a little hot. BUT, it didn't distract me because I was just studying a little then left.

Please please please try this out, it is soooo good!

4/5 stars. Black Pearl @ Westheimer & Kirkwood. I order Large "WTF" green tea (lychee, mango, & strawberry) $5 4/5 , Popcorn Chicken $5.50 4/5, & Sampler (Calamari Ring 3.5/5, Fish Ball 4/5, Fried Tofu 4/5) $7.50. They have a special right now until 10/24. Buy a large drink and get a free cute glass bottle for FREE. So far the drink & snacks I got was pretty good. Definitely will come back to try other things. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY GREAT.

Earl grey tea.

Tea flavor had a flowery taste I do not like. It wasn't the usually Earl grey flavor.

It left a weird "zing" in the taste.

Not a fan.

Tapioca was cooked fine

your typical local neighborhood boba shop that also sell feed. My friend was craving for boba and this place was on the way back to the house so we give it a try. To me it was nothing fancy. But it will hit the spot if you're craving boba or a refreshing drink

Walking in, I was a bit confused because the menu was difficult to look at. It's like an organized menu where you mix and match, instead of all drinks laid out. I just wasn't expecting is so I had a hard time lol. Ended up ordering the honey green milk tea with tapioca. They have two sizes and I went with the large.

The honey green milk tea was honestly so good, I need 50% honey with less ice and it was perfect for me. However the tapioca was cold and hard, idk if it's not cooked properly or they put it in the fridge?, it was a bit disappointing.

But still, I'm glad I tried this place and know that there is another bbt place near me where I don't have to drive all the way to bellaire.

I just tried popcorn chicken and Olong Tea with the Crystal boba, half sugar and less ice. With me, they're good, cause I don't like it's too sweet. And the chicken is good too.
It's perfect combo for the hot weather

I am a total boba snob, and I have to admit I did not have high expectations for this place. Wow was I wrong!

Friendly service, fast turnaround, and of course - delicious, customized drinks & snacks! I needed something QUICK for a large and impromptu get-together, and these awesome folks were able to accommodate. I practically ordered the entire menu. All of my guests enjoyed everything, and was asking where I got it from.

I'm so glad I gave them a try! I've heard good things about their other Katy location too, which is more a seafood restaurant.

Great alternative to Starbucks or other Tapioca places that I use to go to that have closed their seating area still. They have small cups and large cups so I can get multiple in a smaller options and not feel like I'm overindulging with sugar

Amaaaaazinnng!!!! So fresh, so sweet, great service...I'm a fan for life damnit!!! I ordered the strawberry banana smoothie with extra banana and sweetener (no tapioca). Less than 5 bucks? Yes please!!!
