BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I haven't been to BJ's since I visited Orlando pre-COVID so I was curious to visit when we were on vacation in Cincinnati. GPS lead us to a derelict mall but BJ's made everyone aware they were still open with their huge signage. We entered and was immediately seated by the hostess. The restaurant is very large with high ceiling and low intimate lighting. We ordered the margarita flights to start. Every single margarita was AMAZING but the Lemon Berry one was our fave!

He ordered a Hickory Brisket and Bacon Burger and I ordered the Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos. I love this concept. It was very filling too. I sampled the brisket and bacon burger and it was very amazing. The flavors were on point. I dipped my fries in the sauce that fell off the burger and that was a good combo too. I would love to have that again as my meal and will definitely be back if I'm visiting a city that BJ's is in!

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and seated in the bar area. Our server Gary was awesome! The location was bright and clean. The Reds game was on. We ordered and our food quickly arrived. Everything was well timed, hot and great. We even ordered dessert.

This location is connected to the old Tri-County mall. There was plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean.

I was a little concerned about past reviews however very glad we took a chance.

Great service and great food. We will definitely be back.

My former boss got promoted, then left the company. I didn't have a chance to say goodbye, because I was going on vacation her last day. BJ's was the spot she picked for lunch to catch up. The server was kind, funny, and nice. She was very attentive to our desire. She suggested dessert, but I was full. The brisket bacon cheese burger was top notch. The chicken sandwich was good (a little too much bread). The window booth was a good place to sit. I wish there were more stores in the mall. It looks like only the restaurants are still open. Not bad.

We had a family reunion at this restaurant Saturday afternoon at 4:30 we arrived at 4:30 which was our reservation and we left at 5:30. There were 10 of us and the waitress was outstanding and did a great job I believe her name was Susan. as far as the food goes I had to carry chipotle salmon and it was very good. I have had better but it's been a long time and I would really order it my daughter on the other hand, have prime rib what you're supposed to have been medium rare and it was medium well done and she said it had a lot of fat. she said it was not so bad that she would return. As far as I know, everybody else is he was as ordered and they were happy, saying that they wanna come back . The restrooms are clean and management was very friendly. Again I was very impressed with the fact that 10 people sat down at 4:30 and was walking out the door at 5:38 with great service.

Food was good. I wouldn't have gotten the rice tho. Should have went with French fries. But the steak, scampi and mash potatoes were good.

Couldn't order the lemon chicken wings which was a bummer. I guess they ran out.

The mozzarella sticks were also great. I ate them before I could take a picture.

Over all it was good. Just the rice was my issue.

First time here with the kids for lunch. Amazing service - one of the friendliest servers I have had in a long time (Gary). They have the kids plates with bread and fruit to keep them happy until their food comes. They have a huge variety of kids menu and sides with extra sides on $1 for them. We had the Sante fe chicken salad and honey chicken salad (which was delicious). We also ordered a pretzel appetizer which was devoured before I could even take a picture. Overall great lunch experience!

Been to a BJ's in the Dallas area it was great this location smelled like sewage we should have walked out but we were here on a business trip and we're tired and hungry so we stayed the smell was so bad it made us nauseous the food was ok it was the awful smell

Had the seared ahi tuna salad and the tuna was so over cooked. Disappointing to say the least. Overall the salad was excellent besides that and full of flavor. But the tuna being over cooked was a buzzkill.

Kids pasta w marina and chicken was okay. My daughter said the sauce was kinda weird tasting.

Service was good. Hostess was slow. They seemed a bit overwhelmed at 11am.

Visiting the Springdale area, my colleague and I wanted to find something close to our hotel. He had never been to a BJ's Brewhouse before. I was explaining the great selection of draft beers as well as the vast offering of different foods on their menu.
We both started off with IPA's which were still on Happy Hour special of $1.00 off. We also got started with a $6 Happy Hour appetizer of avocado egg rolls. After a busy day, the appetizers were perfect.
For our main meal, my colleague ordered the Ribeye Steak which he said was one of the best he's had in a while. That was good to know since I wouldn't have thought BJ's would also be a great steakhouse. I had the Ribs & Chicken combo. It was unbelievably filling to the point where I wish I took a doggy bag. Jeffrey was our server and did a great job with the food and beverages. My colleague is now a fan of BJ's.

Got some food to go and maybe because it was 30 minutes before closing but things were not good. First I got the chili and Wendy's chili taste better than this. Second they forgot my onions and cheese and sour cream that were suppose to be on the side to put in the chili.
Then my chicken bowl was flavorless. Nothing was seasoned . The portions of things in the bowl were off and is just didn't taste good. Won't be going back , it cost way too much to be serving not good food
