Birrieria Guadalajara

This place was awesome felt authentic and everything tasted amazing. The meat was super tender. I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu and the people at the front were super nice and helpful.

I got the tacos dorados but the tortillas weren't very crunchy. For 3.75 per taco I'd expect a little more than what I got. Flavor was good but they skimped on the meat and it's their speciality so I'd assume they'd add more

I went in today and ordered food through the drive thru and decided to get a bottled coke, once the cashier (Gisselle) handed it to me , I asked her if she could open it and she said no because she didn't have a bottle opener! How does that make any sense, why sell bottled cokes if you aren't able to open it for the customer. I told her how is that possible if when I eat there I always drink a coke and she replied with the "bottle opener is too far away from her to open it" Next time I'll buy my drinks somewhere else if that is a big issue( there is literally a liquor across from them ( it's probably cheaper too and they'll open it for me)! What a lazy girl

Parking is scary. Service is fast and friendly. Excellent AC system. It's nice and cool in there while i eat spicy food. I appreciate the cleanliness and hand sanitizer at each table.

I love love love the cheese birria and consume. I enjoy the freshly made corn tortillas. This is better for table eating (dine in) rather than in car or take out because everything gets cold messy and soggy fast.

Can't wait to come back soon.

It's so amazing this place special the quesabirrias and the aguas frescas, the staff is so kind good service and excellent food

We had a company luncheon and we enjoyed the food very much! Service was great! They have various locations so give them a try!

The best thing about this place is the service. The wait staff was nice and attentive.

Sadly, that's all I can say was good.
The birrira was somehow overcooked, dry, and lacking in flavor.
I added the lime, hot sauce, cilantro, and onions into both my items to give some semblance of flavor only for my efforts to fall short.

The ramen birria in particular was disappointing. The soup had little to no flavor and the noodles are clearly an instant ramen pack and it just doesn't have a good texture.

5/5: $5 Quezabirria: yummy. Excellent for sharing. Best to eat dine-in or immediately.

4/5: $9 Burrito de Birria: Flavors are excellent. Unfortunately, this should not be ordered to-go. I think we are about 20-25min drive away, when we got home, it was a soggy mess. It was no longer a hand-held food item: we needed a plate and fork. This dish is best for dine-in.

5/5: $11: Birria Plate with tortilla, consome, onions, cilantro, and two sauces. This is an excellent to-go item. Everything comes wrapped separately. The portion is huge. Two servings.

4/5: $11: Ramen Birria: This was good, but not memorable enough to order again immediately.

Their parking is difficult (small lot; time limit), but they have a drive thru.
We've been here 3 times within a week. Taking a break, and will return soon.

Servicio horrible muchachas inservible son buenas para maquillarse la perra cara pero para atender y entragar ordenes correctas son las peores. Me dieron mi ordern incorrecta marque por telefono y me dijieron que me la remplasaban y regrese solo me dan una order con un taco extra!!!
