They Meet In The Bunker Room Every Friday Morning At 7:45 A.m. / 8 A.m. Homemade Biscuits Made Fresh Daily Along With Cooked To Order Breakfast Meals. James Bought Billies In 2008 From The Family That Started Billies In 1980. We Are Known For Our Awesome Chicken Biscuits And The Big Nasty. The Big Nasty Came About Because Of My Nephew . My Nephew Stop By For Breakfast And Asked Me To Make Him Something Different That's Not On The Menu In 2014 .After Making Something Different For Him. He Said This Is So AWESOME To Bad It's Not On The Menu, Folks Would Love It!! With That Being Said. The Big N Nasty Breakfast Was Put On The Menu The Very Next Morning. Well, That's Just Some Of The History Of Billies Country Kitchen. Swing In Hungry For The Best Breakfast At A Low Price.

Add some meat or other goodness and you're in "heavenly biscuit" territory.
Billy is as friendly and cool as can be and I feel like he's a staple in the Dawsonville lifestyle. I'm glad to only live a 10 minute drive from this place even if my scale isn't :)

Friday I had to go somewhere and be there at noon but I saw his truck at the restaurant and the window didn't have the blind down so I thought it might be possible he was still open I drove around and waited at the window but no one came normally he's right there. So I just figured since it was quarter to 12:00 and they closed at 11:00 he was busy cleaning up. I drove off and went to my other appointment. And Saturday decided to stop by and get a biscuit like I have been doing for a long time and he came completely unglued, told me to never treat him with disrespect again and then basically gave my card back without placing my order and told me to never come back to his restaurant again.

Can't remember what year I first found them. Been over 10 years. It's 40 miles from me so I'll get a dozen biscuits to go to stock my freezer. Never been disappointed

Owners are great people, gravy biscuit plates were amazing, steak biscuits to die for...unfortunately, he's pretty much given up on Saturdays. No gravy on Saturdays anymore and pretty much out of everything by 9am. Sucks so bad but guess it's back to bojangles.

Drove up from Cumming only to find out the dining room is closed. Very disappointed.

Biscuits are amazing! Great friendly southern hospitality! Wish I lived closer..... I would be getting breakfast there all the time!

First time and it was fantastic. Best biscuits in North Georgia. Not only did we get great food and service, but he also prayed for us. Amazing‼‼ They only do drive thru but still worth the trip
