Condescending douchebags started ignoring me while I was at the door, and then told me to leave because they weren't interested in doing business with "people of your kind"

What great service! Not pushy, but very friendly and helpful. I had my husband call them in the morning and our service window was from 10-11 am and Karl arrived at 10:15. Took a look at our 21-year-old air conditioner and said it was in pretty good shape, except out of refrigerant. He filled it; it's cooling and I know who I'll call when I need a new air conditioner (probably fairly soon)! It was a fair bill, great service and awfully speedy in the realm of home repairs.
