Bill Gray's Chili

Tap room is huge! The bar section was nice and spacious. The booths are big as well. There is enough room for a pool table on the other side of the room.

They did a great job expanding, you can sit wherever you want. And the server will come up to you with popcorn and politely take your order.

Only thing I dislike was that they took a while before they served us the food. Other than that all is good will recommend.

Best Burgers
Bill Gray's left the Buffalo area sometime ago but occasionally we will drive the hour to get there food. If they would have had the sports bar restaurant model here it would still be here and very busy.

This was my first time ordering online. There are advantages most notably that you can see all the options for cheeseburger toppings such as many choices of cheese. No misunderstandings like when you call in by phone. Prepay and just grab and go when you get notification of your order being ready for pickup. You can still use their online coupons by noting the 4-digit number and entering it at checkout.

The burgers and onion rings were the best I've had from BGs. Must have a good grill man on Friday nights!

This location makes awesome milkshakes. Thick and creamy made with good quality ice cream. They run a special everyday from 2:30-4:30 half price milk shakes. We visit often just for this!

Pictures do not lie! Rotten tomatoes, lettuce, burnt home fries and lord knows what else they did with this food! This location should be ashamed that employees are serving customers bad food! For $16 I'm expecting something decent instead I literally received trash just like the name! This location is going downhill fast!

Bill grays tap room in chili. we had a great time at the tap room. large area to hang out with friends. the guys played electronic golf. we had the best server ever. his name was Josh and I can say hands down. he was just on his game. so attentive to us. always asking if he can get us anything. when we ordered food he made sure it was to our liking. I can't remember when I ever had such a great server. we would go again and ask for josh for sure. great time

One of our favorite neighborhood spots. We love the addition of the Bill Grays tap room and find the service friendly and quick. Great selection of taps and wine. Only thing missing is the popcorn due to COVID .

Great size portions and very tasty! I usually do pick up and it's always ready by the time I get there. Orders have always been correct.

If you are an assassin and you are contracted to take someone down here, it's Kill Gray's. If the person who hired you will inherit lots of money, then it's "Will (and Testament) Gray's." If you watch a sitcom just before you do the deed, then it's "Will (and Grace) Gray's." And if your shot misses, and you get arrested, and the person lives long and prospers and is still at the restaurant even as we speak, then it's "Still Gray's."

This is one of the busiest Bill Gray's I have ever been to. I've now been here 3 times total. Once was awhile back and was just for custard. Once was a few weeks ago and I had a World's Greatest Cheeseburger as usual (which was good, but not the best one I've had from a BG), and some custard, and then the third time was just 5 days ago.

The employees here are "medium." In a hurry, a little brisk, but still friendly enough. They score between a 3 and 4. The food is between a 4 and 5. So it averages out to a 4. I'd come back to this location mainly for the custard. I prefer the food at Bill Gray's Henrietta and Bill Gray's Penfield, not to mention the service at both of those locations is excellent.

However there is nothing too awful about this Bill Gray's so it scores a solid 4. It's a decent place to come and get your Fill, Gray's.
