Bikram Hot Yoga 305 is an inspiring, exciting, yet familiar environment to wake up your senses while pushing your mind and body above and beyond its comfort zone. Bikram yoga is a practice taught in 105 degrees of heat - it is not only great for detoxing and weight loss but the poses are designed to promote flexibility and strength. At our studio all of our instructors are certified by Bikram himself and are very approachable after classes with questions about yoga and the postures completed. We take pride in our cleanliness and even have a specialized antimicrobial floor in the yoga room that does not retain bacteria and is made for hot yoga (no smell!). On our walls we have murals painted by up and coming Miami artists - we truly believe in creating a community. Find yourself in a brand new studio surrounded by a healthy support system of knowledgeable and encouraging teachers and friends. Our schedule is as follows: Monday and Wednesday: 6:30 am, 9 am, 5:30 pm, and 7:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday: 9 am, 11am, 6:30 pm, and 8:30 pm. Friday: 9 am, 5 pm Saturday: 8am, 10 am and 12 pm Sunday: 10 am/ 12pm Go to our website to see the full schedule and our price menu. Yup, another 5 star review here. I have messed up my body pretty well through years of rugby and neglecting injuries to the point where I am in chronic pain, have gone through physical therapy 3 times and have been told by the therapists that there's nothing more they can do. I've been to chiropractors to try to fix it but over the years, there hasn't been a solution and I've let myself go because everything I loved to do as a work out, I can't. I had tried one normal yoga class in LA but was put off because of how unhelpful the instructor was while stopping to chat with her friends knowing I was a complete new comer... it felt more like a popularity contest and I was not one of the cool kids.
I had heard of hot yoga and was considering it when I got an e-mail from groupon that week that promoted this studio - I figured it was a sign I had to try and went. Straight of the bat, Carolina is the most welcoming person in the world to people of any athletic (or lack thereof) background, all injuries, stories, etc, and makes you feel like she's thrilled you made this decision for yourself. I had to stop going due to work travel and there was a 4 month gap between the last time I went and now - though the entire time I really craved going back because it absolutely helped with the pain and was the first thing to consistently do so. I truly missed it and always had planned to return as soon as my schedule settled down.
I was nervous about going back because I didn't want to seem like a drop out or anything but Caorlina welcomed me back with a bunch of energy, a big smile, and her usual supportive attitude that is contagious to the staff. I have never had any thing but full support, helpful instruction and motivation from all the instructors and sincerely lament any day I can't be present. It is the best mental and physical work out. You have to be so concentrated on your position and the instruction that you sincerely can't think of anything outside of the studio and your balance.
I have recommended it to the rugby girls I coach and any friends I have that live in Miami.
Do not think twice about trying them out!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - J K.North Central Edmonton, Edmonton, Canada127162Jun 17, 2020
The instructor was good. If you appreciate the Bikram practice, it's a great place to go.

I'll give it 5 stars, but the reception had to ruin it for me. I'm new coming here for maybe 2 1/2 weeks, i love the instructors for the hot yoga! But unfortunately my car got hit in their parking lot by the front desk, Jamie, and now she's not willing to pay up and "blames" me. Didn't call cops just to not cause a scene on a minor accident and thought she'd genuinely own up to the damages. Would come back again but wouldn't be convenient to face the person who doesn't want to own up for the hit on my brand new car.

I love bikram yoga but many of the studios that used to be in south Miami had moved north. I was happy to see a new studio pop up and even better it's locally owned by an all around awesome chick and yogi, Carolina! I have had classes with all the other instructors there but pretty much just attend which classes fit in my schedule. You can't beat the introductory price of $60 for your first month of unlimited classes considering 1 class is $30, but I will definitely be buying another package after my intro month ends - never sweated so much and felt so good
I have now been going for almost 6 months. I initially sought out bikram yoga to help strengthen my back and regain balance and flexibility that I've lost over the years since I stopped gymnastics as a teen. The first 3 months were tough, my body shook trying to hold most of the poses or I couldn't keep balance. Now I can say that I'm not only holding all of the balance poses but now I'm working towards perfecting my posture in them as I continue strengthening my core. I still need to work on my flexibility but that will also come with patience. It takes dedication to see improvements so don't expect results after 3 classes, let alone, after your first month. They are adding new classes/times starting in September so there are other styles of yoga to add to the mix that will compliment the bikram style.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Feb 23, 2017Previous reviewI love bikram yoga but many of the studios that used to be in south Miami had moved north. I came here because my sister in law invited me, I was curious to see what hot yoga was all about. I am now hooked with this place. My daughter comes now and my mother in law is coming out on Wednesday to try it out too! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleanliness is an A+ here too. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

So after 2 plus years of strictly crossfit, I decided it was time to add something else into my fitness regimen... I happened to be scrolling through groupon and came across this great deal for hot bikram yoga that was so close to home, and such a good deal that I couldn't pass it up. After checking their website out and persuading 2 friends to also join in on the fun, I took the plunge and bought myself an unlimited pass for the month.
So I registered for the class I wanted to attend through the website - very easy process, then I just showed up. I was so nervous!! I kept telling myself, I crossfit 5 times a week, I can do anything! But.. I still had butterflies in my stomach as I walked in. I mean, I'd only done ONE yoga class when I was in my teens, and now I was throwing myself into HOT yoga... what was I thinking?!?! Well, as soon as I walked in, Carolina made me feel extremely welcomed. After signing a little waiver, she showed me around and gave me some quick tips for the class. As I was waiting with a few others to start the class, I spoke to some ladies that were also waiting for the class and everyone was really nice (and comforting lol).
As for the actual experience - the 90 minutes went by rather quickly. I SWEAT MY ASS OFF - and I didn't think it was possible to sweat more than I do at CF, but surely enough, it was as though I had stepped out of a shower dripping kinda sweat. Carolina was the instructor and was very helpful and clear while giving the instructions to the poses and movements throughout the class. If someone wasn't doing something correctly or couldn't hold a position (like me), she was sure to give specific tips on how to achieve it even if not all the way through.
All in all, for my first time, it was a challenge to get through the entire 90 minutes when it came down to the heat factor, but I pulled through, and I'm looking forward to going back! I felt comfortable. Nice people,CLEAN, fun space - the art on the walls is so refreshing and vibrant!

This place is one of the best yoga studios I've been to in the city. I've tried different studios but ended up coming back to Carolines Yoga studio since it's the best. It's a very intense 90 min class for first timers but very rewarding results. Yoga studio is very clean and staff is super awesome.i definitely recommend this place if your looking for a hot yoga studio. Plus they also have some good deals on groupon :)

My first experience at at this particular studio was great. Camila did a great job guiding me through the bikram class. My only suggestions is that they would implement a Bikram 45. They do this in my chicago studio and is great for those times one what's to do a class but. It necessarily 90 minutes. Please consider it!

Been attending two to three classes per week for the last month (alternating between this and crossfit) and am extremely satisfied with the results and this studio!
It is very clean! (Not always the case with Bikram studios)
The staff is Fantastic and knowledgeable! After most classes I stay and ask questions on how to improve and maximize the poses and Caroline is always eager to help expand my understanding of the postures.
The crowd that goes is great as well.
I have lost weight, gained flexibility, am sleeping better, eating better, and am gaining strength and definition much faster than I was before only attending crossfit.
If you have never tried Yoga or Bikram but have been curious about it and you have muscle discomforts, don't sleep well, want to get back into shape, wish you were more flexible, want to sleep better at night, have more energy, or just overall feel better about yourself because of what you accomplish every class, THIS IS FOR YOU!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Eliena M.Agoura Hills, CA186414May 23, 2018
I am writing this review after an unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the manager. I originally bought the groupon however I was not old that it expires in 30 days. To start, the first class I took was ok, this studio is no different than any other Bikram studio however the instructor was great, she could have been friendlier. The second time the instructor was good too, however I asked for a mat and was charged $5, for a dirty mat. I proceeded to go again and was told that my groupon had expired literally ago, I had no idea that this had happened and they would not budge. The instructor calls the manager and out pops a rather unprofessional manager, and pulls me outside of the studio, starts yelling, raising his voice at me, saying I'm loosing money off of you and this won't flow with my partners. I told the manager that I was actually going to get a membership there but considering his way of acting that I wouldn't, it was very rude, very unprofessional. A paying customer should never be treated that way. I understand the regulations with groupon, however it was very clear by the managers remarks that customer retention and service were not a priority.
