I took a bike in for maintenance a week ago. The maintenance estimate as not cheap (+/- $140), but decided to proceed as long as the work was of high quality and completed in a timely manner.
The bike was not ready when promised and is still not ready. They had a lot of excuses, but no other offers except I keep waiting and 'hopefully' it 'may' be ready today.

Got bit by the bike bug and went to see these guys. Best spend of time ever. I received a vintage bike I wanted to restore, and I am not a bike guy. Mike took the frame down to studs, so to speak, and we are on the path to a very cool retro rebuild. Looking forward to working with this team for years to come.

Took my Trek in for a tune up and a couple new parts. They did an excellent job. Rides better than it has in a long time. Also had great prices on some new shoes, which I love. The personal service was fantastic.

My wife and I went there this past weekend and were treated tremendously by Braden. He was able to determine which were the best bikes for us. Unfortunately, the specific bikes that we wanted weren't available at his store and we had to drive to a different store but he was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for great customer service and ask for Braden!

Went in today for the first time for a repair. I had bought a bike online that needed some tweaking and TLC. Fortunately for me, the service manager, Rick, was able to help me right then and there. He was even explaining what he was doing and what I may need to replace in the future. All the employees were super helpful and Rick really made an impression. He definitely made me a customer for life.

Amazing staff!
When I dropped my son's bike off for repairs, their computers were down. They couldn't tell me how much it would cost. I left the bike and asked them to call me with the cost before starting any work.
Turned out the cost of repair was almost as much as what I paid for the bike. I was unable to afford it. I asked them not to do any work and told them I would pick the bike up. Well, life happened and I did not get around to it.
A month later I get a call letting me know that the bike was ready and what the repair cost was. I kindly informed the gentleman that I couldn't afford the repairs and had asked that no repairs be done. I also let him know that I neglected to pick it up when I said I would.
The representative put me on hold to speak with his manager. He returned to the phone, took responsibility for the miscommunication and offered a deeply discounted repair cost.
He has no idea how impactful this gesture was. My son has special needs. Riding his bike is one of the few things that fills him with joy. I lost my job due to COVID so a large bike repair cost was simply not in the budget.

This is the place that used to be Bike Barn. It is still very good. If you don't see something you need, ask for it - they keep a bunch of inventory in the back to keep the placed from being cluttered. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is your best source for bike gear in Cypress.

I came in to use the restroom before riding on the trails. Left with a pair of summer full finger gloves. Jacob (if I remember correctly) gave me info about Tuesday night group tides on the trail. Friendly and helpful.

When I came to Bike Barn, I was simply hoping to get my hand brake fixed before leaving next week for college, but I got so much more! Right when I got there, Roy helped me get my bike out of my car and Rick immediately started working on it. Within 15 minutes, Rick was rolling my bike back to me, and to my surprise, my rusty hand-me-down bike looked sparkling and gorgeous. Even more surprising was that I wasn't even charged, just told "good luck in college!" This experience was so much more than I expected, and it honestly made my day. Thanks Bike Barn!

Ordered a bicycle from them and was assured that it was in stock at warehouse.
Paid upfront and waited an additional week to receive. That never happened. No call, no bike.
I was refunded my payment in full a week later.
Apparently their computer system needs updating to avoid this situation in the future.
