Sara S.St. Louisville, OH01Jul 3, 2014Yesterday one bag (kitchen white bag with paper and some kitty litter) was left, The other large black bag was picked up. I have been unable to contact Big O either by phone (tried both numbers) or by email.
There service is quite poor.

We have had this company since we moved here 7 years ago. They done a great job up until a couple of years ago. Now you don't know what day or time they are going to be picking up your trash. The new drivers are terrible. They leave trash in the cans then turn the cans up side down. If something does blow out because your trash has been there so long they will not pick it up. I have called with my concerns with no results. Will be looking for another company,

I tried to cancel my service and I was told that they do nrefund Any balance. The owe me two months. I believe that this is illegal. At best it is a lousy policy. I can tell you based on this alone, I would not recommend this company to anyone
