Big Lots

The only time we ever come in this store is to find furniture. Whether it's a shelf or a chair, we always tend to check here. Ugh the last time we came and checked it out the man in the furniture was so weird and unpleasant. Obviously he asked if we needed assistance and we said no we were just looking. He stared at us like a hawk. I can assure you we weren't going to shoplift a huge chair. Anyways when he did talk to my husband, my husband cracked a joke with him and this sales man just stared at my husband as if he had three heads.
We prob won't came back only because it is always the same guy and always the same weird interactions

Stop in usually just for fun to find what I didn't know I needed. Almost always find something unique. Great variety of household items and a great patio accessory department.
As an Arizona winter visitor I can't buy furniture but I still manage to fill my cart and have an enjoyable experience. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable and I haven't had any difficulties.

I went in looking for a patio table. Found one I wanted and asked for assistance with my purchase. The man who helped me said they didn't have one in stock, asked him if I could purchase the floor model. He told me I they couldn't sell it to me. I asked him if I could order it online and use the 25 percent off coupon, and he had to ask the lead floor supervisor. She said yes so I ordered the table online. In 10 minutes I received an email stating my order has been cancelled due to the item not in stock. In my opinion this is horrible customer service and will take my business elsewhere.

Always the first place i go to. Seriously the best deals around. Been coming here for years and always have the best customer service. Definitely my favorite store!

I took a trip to Casa Grande last month. While I was there I accidentally left my purse behind.
I realized it was missing but did not know where I had lost it.
A few hours later I received a call from my daughter who lives in Florida. They had gotten a call from big lots and told her that my purse.
Since this was several hours later I feared that any money or valuables would be missing.
I went to big Lots to pick it up and to my surprise everything was still inside.
I had packed a small purse for my trip and did not have very much inside. I couldn't figure out how they were able to figure out how to call my daughter. The lady said that her manager had gone into the computer and searched for people with my last name that had big lots rewards. They called my daughter and asked if she knew me.
I am so thankful that they went above and beyond to find me and let me know if you had my purse.
Not only would it have been unfortunate to lose my purse and items in it, but I'm not sure how I would've been able to fly home without my ID.
It is so nice there are still honest people in the world.

They have gotten alot better then they first started....they now have a wide variety of things to choose and shop for...I have been in a few times just to look and come out with a few items.prices are good,stores clean so all in all not bad.
