Visited the surgery center for a procedure.
I was extremely nervous coming in. However, the quality of care and attention I was given by the staff, went a very long way in making me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my choice, with my doctor, and the entire staff. Thank you!!

We where schedule today for a Recommendation my wife wants to get Lopo tummy tuck and get breast transplant our appointment was at 545 they call us 437 if we still planing going my wife says yes they cancel our appointment because we didn't answer when they call to confirm how stupid can u be if we schedule go we schedule go past people do appointment and don't show up what it has do with u cancelling our appointment I'm here husband my schedule really busy today I had made plans go with her for u call cancel it first be more professionally
if u calling to confirm why is it u calling unknown number now days no one pick up scam call or unknown number but it really piss me off my wide ok with it it's sucks I don't recommend this place we all ready started wrong way no thanks u

I really like this place! From the receptionist to the doctors and nurses, they are all very welcoming and made me feel better before and after my procedures. The waiting room has updated decor and is very accommodating. A big plus to the clean bathrooms and the nurses area (I've been in and out from big hospitals where I would never dare to walk barefoot even if they pay me) this place is nice and clean!
-The amount of attention I received from the nurses is impressive and Dr.Patel (Urologist) he removed kidney stones and Dr.Rosenberg did my Endoscopy, are by far the best doctors I've seen in a long time. They both explained the procedure before I had it done and even walked out with a picture of my intestines lol!
- I have private PPO insurance and I know I have many options in L.A. to get medical attention, but now that I found this private amazing place, I wouldn't go anywhere else and definitely recommend this place to everyone!
- Thanks Irene & Martha (front desk) Jose and Patty(nurses) for making my visits a whole lot better than I imagined. I apologize if I forgot to mention the other nurses but you all were amazing!

Please stay away from this place! Go somewhere else. So unprofessional and rude. They yelled and belittled my love ones who got surgery here. The nurses and staff are so rude. They can't even do IVs properly. I'm a healthcare professional too. And these people should not be working in this field. I wish I could give them zero stars. The anesthesiologist was a freaking ass****. The receptionist a freaking b***h. They do not let you know any updates on your family. They're like here's your family member with no warning or information. No post op teaching. I was left in the dark and confused. You can't do post op teaching on person who just got of surgery where the anesthesia's wearing off, you have to inform the family that's taking care of them. is They're only here for money. They do not card about their patients.Stay away!!

I hate to say it but some of these low reviews are right about the location itself not the doctors. I went in thinking this could either go bad or good. Went in and after 3 hours being the only one in waiting room I saw dr.patel. Mind you I didn't mind waiting but the receptionist did not check in with me not once to let me know the doctor was in surgery and that he would be down soon. To start that would of been nice. Anyways I saw the doctor and I felt super comfortable with him. He knew what he was talking about and told me to schedule an appointment. That's when things got bad. I got a call that my insurance wouldn't cover so I was told I had to pay. I waited about a month and called in to schedule the appointment since I needed to save up. It was a lot of money. Anyways I called and the first receptionist acted like she didn't know anything. I said I got a call from a Irena. Her response was we don't have a Irena. After I told her about what I needed she told me to be on hold and transferred me. Not really telling me what she was doing. As I talked she cut me off so she just threw me to someone else. Wel my name is Hispanic so I guess she assumed I was better off with a Spanish speaker and got Irena The lady that supposedly doesn't work there. She started speaking to me in Spanish. I don't mind speaking Spanish I love Spanish but I did not ask for Spanish so why is it that they assumed I needed a Spanish speaker. Anyways I didn't really say anything about that but I was annoyed because of how the call was going. Second lady Karina answered and made me feel stupid before asking me for my name. I told her can't you guys pull up my info and find out about my case. She said she was trying and that's why she asked my name but this was after talking to her trying to find out what I needed when they could of just started out with asking my name. Anyways I told her like you guys should work on that maybe a little aggressive but I didn't say bad words or attack her. I expressed my frustration with them not being able to find my info. She then told me well relax sir. I said what? She said I need you to relax. I said please don't tell me to relax that's so rude and she said fine we'll find another doctor and slammed the phone to prove a point. It's just like I am coming here because I have a medical condition. I'm in pain daily and really needed this surgery. I reached out to the doctor and rescheduled my surgery. It sucks but it is what it is. Don't expect nice receptionist at this office, expect attitude and expect them not to take criticism. They know here that you want the service and feel they have a power so understand that before disorient this office other then that. If your doctor has another office go there and see them.
