1/15/2022Best chauffeur service ever!!! Carmen helped me set up a car service for an event.
Our chauffeur was Raul and he was professional, courteous and was 100% on point.
Our vehicle was Lincoln Navigator and it was awesome!!
Clean well maintained newer vehicles makes this our go to limousine service from now on.
Thank you Carmen for helping us book the service and special thanks to Raul for being an awesome person and great driver!!

Our driver planned ahead, knew the route, provided water and even purchased DVD's to show on the bus on the ride home. I would definitely recommend this service and driver James Fischbeck to anyone looking for transportation/ chauffeur services.

Excellent communication. Professional, courteous, and friendly drivers. Vehicles were immaculate. Always showed up early. They are $$$$, but for us, worth every penny. This is the limo company solely used by 5 star hotels in Laguna, so you know

Ian F.Rancho Mirage, CA182/21/2019They bought Lake Forest Limo, which was an excellent service, but are not positioned to serve southern OC as Lake Forest had. Because they are based out of Santa Ana, their price to do a San Diego airport run from Dana Point is ridiculous. Wanted to charge me an hour of time just to get to Dana Point for the pickup.
I guess all they really bought was an email list.

I was passed along your recent YELP review about your dissatisfaction with our San Diego rate, and sent you a personal email and private message. I understand you were a Lake Forest Limousine customer previously and I would be happy to discuss honoring the LFL rate if you make regular trips to/from the San Diego area.
We are based in Santa Ana, but we service all of Southern California. The challenge we've encountered with San Diego in the last couple years is the actual time it takes to complete a roundtrip. As I'm sure you're fully aware, the traffic conditions in peak/non-peak hours have become an issue for anyone traveling to or from that area to Orange County or Los Angeles. As a result, we implemented hourly service for this specific type of trip. We also value the core customers that made LFL successful and your business is important to us.
If you would be kind enough to respond to the email I sent and give me an opportunity to earn your business, I would greatly appreciate the chance. Of course, I also respect your decision to find another service. We decided to chauffeur our employees because our party venue was a chartered yacht with full bar service, we wanted everyone to be safe so we provided transportation to and from the hotel and yacht. Erika was prompt in her replies and had everything in order. The day of our event we received a tracking number for our driver as well as his phone number should we need it. He was right on time and there for us when our party was over. The bus was well maintained and very clean looking. Would highly recommend!

Jen G.San Diego, CA764765119647/28/2017This was our group's transport to/from the hotel to our meeting function every morning. They arrived/left on time. Everything was fine; it was your standard shuttle service. Nothing good/bad to report. But they could probably crank on the AC more :)
Overall, I'd say a solid A-OK experience.
