Rusty and his crew are top-notch professionals and extremely geared towards customer service. The quality of their product is high-end. It is a must visit while in Jasper Alabama!

Initially I received gift card here and thought, "At least I'll get a suit." Yet, my initial encounter with the store was more than I could ever for. As a result, I'm continually asking for gift cards here.

The reason for my pleasure with the store is from the owner Rusty himself. Over the years he has trained his staff to mirror his professional customer service traits in their care for each customer. Specifically the way they frame their customer service is by treating you as if you're "at home." Yes, they do it with ice cold Cokes, fresh coffee, but mostly with quality products and the warmth of their love for each customer.

Finally, know that my first time in the store my wife was currently working for a national suit store where I could get anything I wanted for up to 50% off. Yet, despite her discount I prefer to come here because Rusty and his staff is that good. Try them and I'm sure you'll discover the same.

Being a suit-n-tie person it is nice to have a place where everyone knows your name plus the colors of your ties. Living in Washington, DC and shopping for dress clothing a 1000 miles away at a place that doesn't have a website must mean something.

When I walk in and "Rusty" ask about my mom really means something I haven't found any large retailer in Washington, DC.

You want find an Armani or Brooks Brother's suit in the store. You will find high-end independent manufacturers and lesser known Italian designers. With an on-site experienced tailor this place can alter and tailor anything to fit you perfectly.
