Berdine's Auto Service

Berdine's folks always explain what is needed, give me options when appropriate, and persist when there's a mystery issue. They've kept my old cars running for 12 years.

Each person I spoke with was knowledge about my car issues and practical value of my high mileage vehicle. Able to get me back on the road without overpricing the car.

I will start this review by saying they fixed the brake issue I was having. With that said I will never go there again and would recommend no one go there either. I had done work on the front end of my 2001 Chevy truck ( replaced almost everything in the front end) I made mistakes and did not properly torque everything. I asked that they check the torque on the parts I installed. They did this but when I went to pick the truck up they told me the boots on the ball joints where not on properly and instead of calling me and asking if I wanted it fixed they just torqued them down and made the problem wise and laughed at me for not doing it properly. So to me if you see something that can possibly cause a catastrophic problem, you should at least call the person and see if they want you to fix it. I would have taken the time (maybe 5 min to pop the grease cups on ball joints). So that means the management is unethical and the individual mechanics are also unethical. They sent a vehicle out of their shop that could cause an accident. I am a disabled veteran on fixed income and can't afford to fix my truck every month. Would give less than one star I would. Once again "STAY AWAY FROM BERDINES AUTO"

I've been taking my car's and truck to Berdine's for at least 15 years and will continue for another 15+ years. They remember me even though I only go their maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Always, a reasonable price and the issue is fixed the first time. And except for one time the issues is fixed same day so that helps out a lot. I'm just glad Marietta has a great auto service shop to take my car too. I highly recommend.
