Have been going to this salon for almost a year now after moving to the area. I have short fine hair which is difficult to cut well. I am a bit picky about how it is cut as well. When I called the lady that answered recommended Emma. She is absolutely fantastic, I'll be quite happy if nobody else ever cuts my hair besides her.

She is also great about recommending good easy to use products that fit my busy lifestyle complete with frequent travel for business.

My wife also starting going to Emma and has had a number of massages here that she raves about (unsure of massage therapists name). Bottom line..,...highly recommend.

Kristin was fabulous and was able to get in right away. Very pleasant and I've already scheduled my next appointment with her.

I've never been the type to get my hair done at a salon. Usually I do an at home color and call it a day. However, I wanted a change. I wanted bangs. I would never cut my own. So I made an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was really nice and was able to get me in the same day.

When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. Once checked in, they had me wait in the waiting area. Which was in the middle of the salon. It was beautiful. The decor was really nice and so were the chairs.

They asked if I wanted a water. I didn't accept but loved the gesture. The owner so happened to be in as well, she introduced herself and told me to let her know if I needed anything. She seemed very nice and caring.

My hair stylist was ready for me - she introduced herself then we walked to her station, so I could tell her what I wanted. She was very attentive and aware of what I was saying. My hair is really damaged and had layers that were longer than others. It was a hot mess. I wasn't judged or talked down to because of the condition of my hair. We then walked me over to the shampoo station. I don't know what she used but it smelled amazing!!

There was so much natural conversation.. I felt like I've known her for a long time! While she was cutting my hair, you could tell them she genuinely liked her job. She made sure I was happy before I left her chair.

I plan on going back again very soon for a trim.

Called this morning and was able to get right in for a ladies hair cut. The salon staff were all so friendly and the environment was spacious and relaxing. I love that you're not right on top of the person next to you. The blue hues are peaceful. I love my cut. It was exactly what I asked for. The prices were very fair and posted.

Look out, ladies! Way overpriced. Visiting my sister for Christmas and decided to get a pedicure for my mom and myself. I thought prices were already higher than we're used to, but the time was available during this vacation to get our pedicures. It turns out the hour-long pedicure was not an hour long, and my $35 pedicure was bumped up another $5 because a solution was applied to my nails that the aesthetician didn't tell me was an extra $5 charge. My pedicure was also one coat only; everywhere else it's been two coats and a top coat for shine and protection. And then there was tax, which wasn't factored into the posted price (I've never had this happen at a hair or nail salon, where taxes seem to be included the posted price--and I'm 60 years old, so I've been around). I have also never paid this much for pedicures in the expensive big city of DC (where mimosas are included) or in the expensive suburbs of Chicago (links included below to show you I'm being honest). My sister, who is a Chardon resident, recommends driving to Concord for a much better value at Expert Nails (quality service, she says, and a cocktail thrown in as well if you like). I wanted to try a new place close to home to get a pedicure and I am so glad I gave this salon a try. Courtney did an excellent job on my nails and was friendly and efficient. Very clean and bright salon. Please support this local business.
