Bedrosians Tile & Stone

I'm writing this review to commend Marta. She is a amazing!
My husband and I wanted a 6ft by 6ft water feature for our backyard. I got talking to her in the store and to my complete surprise she immediately started sketching our design and helped us find the right materials. And then she did a 3 D rendering of the water feature with exact measurements and the quantity of each material (pool grade)! She emailed all that information to me the very same day.

Placing the order, further communications, order pick up, everything went so smooth. And to my pleasant surprise everything was very reasonable!

In other words she took our dream and made it a reality!

Marta is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and a lovely person altogether!
We are so grateful for all her help.

Bedrosian should hold on to this gem of a person!

Walking into Bedrosians we were immediately greeted by a friendly employee, Christine, who was very knowledgeable and helpful on our quest to find porcelain tile that looks like wood. She showed us all the different options and helped us narrow down our options. She gave us samples to take so that we could select the best choice after further review. Once we decided, she helped us place our order and we received the tile pretty quickly. Our installer even commented that he was happy with the quality of the tile. I can't wait to see the finished product and am very satisfied with our experience shopping at a Bedrosians.

After checking out tiles in several places we had finally zeroed in on Bedrosians for our home remodel for these reasons:
Reasonable prices, they have sales during the holidays as well so make sure to make major purchases at that time.
They are manufacturers as well so prices are reasonable compared to just retailers.
Collection is not extensive but the varieties are more tasteful and contemporary than other places.
They have some combinations of tiles put out in display and we ended up liking one such combo which we used in our bathroom,

Some varieties take upto 3-4 weeks though. So allow sufficient overage. Due to bad planning we had to wait for some tiles for almost a month.

Have used on several jobs. As a designer, the site is easy to use which I appreciate and I like the European assortment.

1st issue - I showed a client a previous job's tile and she loved it so ordered the same tile. According to customer service - what you see on the website is not necessarily what you'll get when you order. Each "lot" is different. Unhappy client.

2nd issue - On our third job using Bedrosians I was down TWO tiles after a few broke while cutting detail work. Asked if I could just buy two sample tiles and they said no. I had to buy the whole case. They sent us broken tiles so they had to break open a case to send us the replacements so I know they had spares.

Bad customer care - certainly won't be back for future jobs. The attitude of customer service reps on the phone is "sorry, not sorry".

Came for shower tile (floor and walls) and was pleased with the wide variety. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mariam (who goes by Mary). We eventually settled on Half Dome rock crystal -- it looks spectacular in the bathroom.

They have periodic sales so you'll want to time your purchase. We got 20% off by waiting two weeks. They are really good about keeping you informed on your order status.

There's another warehouse with countertops but the selection isn't as broad.

We needed to find a countertop for our outdoor bbq kitchen. We visited Bedrosians a number of times before making our final decision. Everytime we went there, the people were patient, professional, and knowledgeable - and they weren't pushy at all. We looked at other granite and stone companies as well, but ended up buying from Bedrosians as they had a large selection and great customer service. Will return here for future remodel needs.

Great showroom but the deal maker was the most amazing customer service by Mariam! She went above and beyond.

Terrible delivery experience and terrible customer service. Their delivery driver in Philadelphia was rude and refused to come down the street, so we needed to carry the tile in ourselves. When we got the tile, all the boxes were open and torn. When I contacted Bedrosian, they give us a tiny refund and were not understanding. Will not be shopping here again.

We visited this physical establishment a few months ago, as it had been recommended to us by a trusted acquaintance. Our primary objective was to find a suitable backsplash, and fortunately, we discovered an ideal option. The sales representatives displayed commendable professionalism, although one particular individual exhibited subpar customer service, resulting in a prolonged wait time. Moreover, during the order placement, it was explicitly communicated that the items would be delivered to our designated home address.

However, several weeks elapsed without any updates, prompting us to contact the establishment.

On our call, Esther answered and we proceeded to furnish her with the relevant order details. Regrettably, her demeanor was exceedingly discourteous, as she abruptly terminated the conversation on two occasions.

For future, customers. The established has great selection but subpar service.

Love love love my beautiful crystal quartzite countertop. Thank you so much bedrosians angels for a beautiful slab. My contractor Tony Neves built me a custom dream kitchen.

My review is very specific to the customer pickup department - the store is excellent and I had an amazing experience shopping here however the customer pickup staff girls are highly rude - specifically Jerita. They sound like they are doing a favor by taking to you or helping you with the checkouts or returns.
