Beautiful Eyebrows

Worst eyebrow job ever!!!!!! I've brevet had my eyebrows this thin since 2005. I literally told the lady I want them thick and she proceeded to do the opposite. And when she was done, I was shocked and told her "omg this eyebrow is way thinner than the other" she had the audacity to tell me that my eyebrows are shaped differently. Okay??? And isn't it your job to make it look similar not completely botched. I will never ever enter this establishment ever again. Please do yourself a favor and spend your $15 elsewhere.

Should have left them bushy. Wtf. Where is the top part of my eyebrows??? Where is the arch I asked for and had you go back to create? I guess after 10 years of loyal customer service it's time to find a new brow place

I have been going here for a long time. For $10 to get your brows threaded it's hard to beat. One time one of the ladies went way too thin on one side and the next time I came in another lady pointed it out (I didn't have the heart to tell her they did that to me), but other than that I've been really happy with the work they do, and you can't beat the price. They've always been polite and courteous to me.

I actually went there a couple hours after writing this review and got someone who was both unfriendly and butchered my brows. Really disappointed but have no idea where else to go that does threading for $10 and knows what they are doing. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know because I'm very disappointed and my brows don't look good. :( I no longer have a beautiful arch and they look totally uneven.

At one time I was a consistent customer until on my last visit 3 months ago, the older lady who works there had the audacity to grab me by my face not once but twice. She damn near pulled my nose ring out and poked me in my eye. I remained calm but asked her why was she grabbing my face? She caused me to experience an allergic reaction in my face and now I'm seeing a dermatologist for inflammation of my skin. Do not spend your time or money with this unprofessional nasty business. They never wash their hands or use gloves. They are also rude as hell especially that old lady. Now I'm in the healing process and my skin is slowly clearing up after spending so much money to get rid of the inflammation.

1. Was told I couldn't let anyone go ahead of me to wait for who I wanted to do my brows.
2. The person I had to go to took way too much hair off AND there was a WHOLE PLUG OF MY HAIR MISSING IN THE MIDDLE.
3. I paid, left n saw HOW MUCH WORSE it looked in regular light, went back 20 seconds later and asked for refund.
4 Bushra said they don't do refunds. I ask what CAN you do?--SHE JUST KANYE-SHRUGGED and said nothing.
I don't know where else to go for brows but I don't pay to be treated that way.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Mediocre-at-best brow job isn't worth the awful experience. Don't go here unless you want to be screamed at by both the employees and the owners, they have no manners at all towards customers who have been coming for many years. I can't believe the absolute audacity that the people here have and can't believe they're still in business. They don't honor the cards they sign if you bring them in and claim they're expired when there is NO expiration date on them. They make shit up because they're too cheap to honor their cards. On another note, last time I came here they told me my credit card payment never went through, so I paid cash, but ended up being charged on my card as well. This is the second time I've had an awful experience here and will not be returning, and neither will anyone I know. Believe the bad reviews.

I honestly don't get the reviews. Truthfully, I've been going to this place for a while and it's about what time of day or what day you go on. It's really one of the best options in metro Detroit compared to other places. Yes, the customer service isn't the best and maybe one in a blue moon you'll get one of the younger ladies who isn't as good. However, most of them know how to get your brows together. Just make sure they know not to take off too much and your problem areas.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because one of the ladies working there (I think she might be the owner?) actually knows how to do eyebrows. If she's not there I usually walk out. I have taken chances with the other women who work there but I always end up with slightly uneven brows. It seems like I've gotten lucky in that mine aren't severely ruined; they are usually in a state where I can even them out myself at home (but, if I'm paying for a service I shouldn't have to perform part of it myself at home later.) Others don't get as lucky, I've had a few friends end up with bad experiences after going here (extremely uneven brows, overly thinned-out, etc.) and they were simply told "don't worry, they'll grow back." I try avoid coming here if I can, but if you're in a pinch and have no other options, I recommend calling ahead and making sure the owner is working before walking in.

Today was my first visit. I am always nervous when I get my eyebrows done because I am worried they will take too much off. The person that serviced me took off more than I wanted her to.
When I checked my account, I was charged twice.
