Beast Burgers

So good. They best fries, insane burgers, and they're fairly quick with how many burgers they service! I'm always excited to see them at 2 shy on Fridays

Friendly staff, burgers we're prepared perfectly. Lots of options, including vegetarian

Went for my second time in past 10 days. Was impressed the first time and my second time didn't disappoint. Fries were great and I felt a little better this time.

My son plowed the Beast burger - I was full just watching him. I had the Fire Fighter this time and the Widow Maker last time. Both were tasty. The Fire Fighter has the right amount of zing (with the habanero) and he can dial it up with the ghost pepper. I enjoy an egg on my burger so the widow maker was perfect for my first trip. Watch for the soft egg yolk as it caught me by surprise. Was very tasty though.

Owner was friendly and during a break in the action he came out to talk. Said he is trying some new fry oil this week. This may have contributed to the improved fries we experienced - although they weren't bad the first time.

At this time he is open 10am-7pm every day EXCEPT Wednesday.

Next time I will the boar burger.

OMG ~ We have had the Beast Burger twice. This could be our addiction. Three patties! Beef, Bison & Elk, cooked perfectly! A carnivore feast!

The Beast is the BEST! Awesome and delicious burgers, shakes and fries.
Think it's out of the way? It's absolutely worth making the drive. We will be back for sure.

Good stuff. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and everything was great.
The single downside is that I can't always find them when I want to as they move often.
I will definitely look for them again

Food truck

This is a family owned food truck, only open a few month.
But they know how to make burgers.
All their meats [beef grass- fed ,bison and elk] are fresh and hand pressed, served on a brioche bun.{though a firmer bun might work better]
Their fries are made from hand cut on site, fresh potatoes.
I had the" Riggin Rat", medium rare and to my surprise, they hit the mark, which is all too often hard for kitchens to get it right.
All burgers come with "all the fixins and w\fries. I thought the fries could have been a bit more crispy,
You can dress your burger anyway you like. I had the pickles on the side and by the way, they are great pickles.
So if you are craving a great burger....this is the place to go!

The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is the fries. We got to the food truck at a decent time, no more beef. Which left us with the choice of elk or Bison at the extra cost. The food took about 45-50 minutes to get our table. I thought, hmm, maybe the wait will be worth it. Was a wrong. Such a disappointment after the things I've heard. The burger had absolutely no flavor what so ever and the egg was not even runny like I asked. Rather eat a McDonald's burger for half the price and double the flavor.

Best food in town. Breakfast is burrito is legit. Elk hamburger is a tad dry, but that's expected. Overall do stop by to try their food,new family owned and operated businesses, worth a shot.
