These guys have always been so very good. They take good care of our vehicles. They do not over-charge and make sure that everything is just fine. So lucky to have them in our town.

As it turned out I had ,to completely redo the work I had done at the co-op. They may have a long history of honest work. Unfortunately, I was not given anything near that.
On the bright side, I was able to get the car properly repaired at a respectable honest company to do it at about the same cost. So for $115 charge and a 2 $40 belts......I learned that the Bear River Co op is not in business to do fair honest repairs for non Hayden regulars.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jul 22, 2019Previous reviewI am new to Hayden and had a breakdown that would have required a tow to get my Car to Roush about in Steamboat where I usually go.
Bear River Valley charged me $115 to do a 1/2 hour belt job and said I need to bring it back and have the belt job done again since I need another part that is currently unavailable.
Wrap your head around that; a belt replacement, parts supplied by customer, runs around $230.
If you can take your work elsewhere, you'll surely save a bunch.
To top it off, the unavailability of that part could destroy the new belt, so I'd need another $40 belt on top of the mysterious part and another $120 per hour labor charge.

These guys can be trusted. They do excellent work, are really good at communicating, they are all very friendly, and my bill was less then I expected.
I went there because the location was convenient and they were recommended by a coworker.
They really gave me the impression they were very honest, and the quality of their work was top notch. For those reasons I would recommend them and go there again for all my auto service.
Thanks Co-Op Crew!
