My wife and I drove to Santa Ana to purchase a used vehicle. We wanted to get a prepurchase inspection before buying a vehicle we liked. Charlie was great, he gave us a thorough inspection and even walked us through the underside of the vehicle point out what he inspects for and what condition this car is in. He did point out that the shocks were leaking but not critical and we used that to knock off nearly 1k off the cars price.

Overall great experience! If we lived closer, we would always come here

They always break things down and ASK you first before continuing any thing on your car. Hate it when places tell you they did this or that and charge you for things you did not ask for

This place is precisely just that, no BS, no cutting corners, perhaps with a few servings of jokes here and there to lighten up the mood, but other than that, these guys will take care of you & your machine, no questions asked.

Charlie is honest, funny and prices are reasonable. I've gone to him several times with my Miata and Honda Civic Type R. I got a brake change for both done same day.

I have a 2015 Volvo XC60 and as long as I live in Orange County I will never go anywhere else when it requires service. These guys are top notch experts with extremely fair pricing and customer service that most other companies should learn from. I've been there once before, about a year ago, and had a great experience so I stopped in on a Saturday morning without an appointment to see if I could get an estimate for new brakes. I got out of my car and within 30 seconds I was greeted BY NAME! That's impressive as is the entire experience when this team services your car. I highly recommend them.

I didn't think my service at BC Advance Auto Repair could get any better (oil changes, tires, brake, rotors, more), but today they actually ameliorated the infamous Saab Crunch / Saab Creak that's been plaguing my 2005 9-3 convertible for a few years. I spoke with Charlie over the phone about an electrical issue I have with my Infiniti Q50. He took time out of his day to go over the specific codes I have and because of the codes he suggested I go somewhere else. So he directed me where to go to get it fixed. Most mechanics would tell you to come in and run your money but Charlie was honest

Definitely going here for future repairs.
