The mall reminds me of the old Hampton mall that looked like a ghost town before it was shut down.
It also reminds me of the Summit Place in Waterford before it closed.
There is very little activity going on in the mall. The one thing they have going for them is that the mall is pretty much full of stores despite the lack of customers. I don't imagine the mall is going to be open in ten years if they don't think of something quick.
I think the movie theater will keep it alive for now.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Denise C.Linwood, MI761981073Apr 3, 2017
It really is sad to see it so dead.it was really jumping back in the day. All it has going for it is the theatre, a couple stores here and there and planet fitness. We go there sometimes to browse, walk and use the massage chairs.

This is my absolute least favorite mall in the Tri-Cities. The stores here are second rate and any time I have come to this mall it's completely dead. Any kind of name brand stores like Old Navy seem to go out of business.I never, ever go to this mall unless I absolutely must.

Very disappointing. There is hardly anything worth your time there. Gone are the toy stores, card/game shops and more. You have next to nothing to choose from as far as the food court area goes. The only bright spot is that the arcade seems to have taken some nice steps in the past few years to get up to date and they feature quite a few nice claw machines.

Bay City Mall is even worse now than it was when I first reviewed it. Aeropostale, Sears, Hollister, the arcade and Target have all closed up.The future of Bay City mall is not looking good.
