As good as it gets! I am beyond happy to write this review. I used Peter for a full kitchen remodel. He painted our kitchen cabinets from oak to white, reconfigured our stove, installed a complicated range hood, installed a farm sink as well as fixing the kitchen island which we found out had mold in it and created a custom desk space in the kitchen.

Peter and his assistant painter Polo were AMAZING! Not only did I 100% trust them in my home for 7 days but I never thought I was being taken advantage of when things got added (because of unforeseen things like mold). He is trustworthy, on time and very reasonable for the excellent job he does. I can't give more than 5 stars or I would.

We 100% plan to have Peter come back to do any and all home repairs or pairing in our house.

I do most home repairs myself, and usually cringe at hiring comtractors, BUT Peter is the most honest contractor I have ever met. We hired him to help is with our kitchen. His drywall, electrical, and painting is superb. Truly, if you are out of your depth, do yourself a favor and hire Peter of Bay Area Custom Painting.

We recently contracted with Peter to paint the exterior of our home. Before he began he told us that he would make our house the most beautiful on our court. It had been a long time since the house had been painted and so prep wasn't an easy job. Peter and Rudy were great. Both are very friendly and professional. They spent days replacing door and window trim boards, repairing dry rot, power washing and repairing cracks in the stucco. He replaced an 80' fascia board on the eaves simply because he said it would look better. He did a huge amount of work - and a lot more than I think most others would have done. He was here every day, and they worked all day. He was very patient with me as I changed the color at the last minute - he met me after work at Home Depot to special mix the color and make sure it was right. He then replaced all of our doors for a very reasonable price. The job is beautiful. I would definitely call them again. And.....he was right......we have had 3 neighbors come by to tell us how great the house looks.

Peter did a great job for us and everything was exactly as promised. Timely and professional. Really enjoyed working with him.
There was one issue, we pointed it out and it was promptly taken care of.

Earlier this year, we hired Peter and crew to paint the exterior of our home. Because we had extensive dry rot in areas under the roof and missing gutters, Peter recommended another contractor (Onofre Mendoza) for the roofing repairs and gutter installation. Onofre did a really good job with the repairs and gutter. Afterwards, Peter's crew painted our home and it turned out wonderful. He was supportive of our color choices, especially our decision for an orange front door! He was right in that we now have the most beautiful house on our court. We have already contacted Peter about painting our exterior fence this autumn.

Once again I needed some painting done so I called Peter. He came out and gave me a fair estimate for painting my front and back steps and an awning. He suggested a better paint than I used in the past, and the finished job looks great! I definitely will call him again when I get the house painted inside and out. The job was completed in one day! In April I was lucky enough to find Bay Area Custom Painting, to paint my kitchen. The color I chose was a deep red, and Peter the owner applied three coats to satisfy himself. He is professional, personable and most of all on time!!!!!!! If you need any painting done of any kind do not hesitate to call him. I am now a customer for life!!!!!!!!!! It's nice to find someone who follows through until the job is complete, especially in view of the fact that several other painting contractors I called for estimates didn't even produce an estimate at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
