Barry's Jewelers

The only jeweler that we ever use for repairs & they also made my engagement ring from the 2 carat canary diamond that my fiancé bought. I absolutely love it and it is so beautiful! Barry usually doesn't take very long either with the work that he does and he is very reasonable compared to some of the other jewelry stores! All the ladies that work there are very sweet and very attentive!

They have really unique pieces! My favorite place to shop for jewelry I have purchased several pieces & love them all.

I have had the pleasure of taking my jewerly to Barry's. I have only purchased a few items. He has built numerous rings, earrings , bracelets! Took old scrap necklaces & made a nugget charm. Took a diamond necklace & turned in to a
diamond bracelet.​ I mean this necklace was ugly & not my style. ( gift from husband) I had 3 rings that had 4 diamonds In each ring. I now have 1 ring with 12 diamonds. Currently he has taken mine & my mom's diamonds into a charm. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L He has set the stones for 5 of my grandchildren. Set stones for my daughter & 2 daughters. I have complete faith in Berry's Jewelry Store

Nice people Mr. Jack and his family they both the girl must be his family they both were super nice, honest and they had a cute dog too - really appreciate they telling that they do not do on plastics they fix only metal work

Walked In and was serviced immediately my earrings needed to be cleaned and the back need to be tightened. My bracelet popped and mr. Barry took in the jewelry at sight. The young ladies where so sweet. The selection of jewelry is nice the rings for woman are beautiful. Thanks can't wait to pick my bracelet up.

Barry's has become my go to jewelry shop for many things such as, Jewelry appraisal, Jewelry repair, batteries for my watches, sizing/removing links in new watches, fun jewelry pieces for myself and gifts for my loved ones. This is a smaller business but they almost always have a jeweler on site. I like the fact that there is an experienced jeweler available to assist me when needed.

I have received great customer service from many employees there but It seems like the more the staff gets to know you, the better the service, maybe that's what it's like when you visit a small business they get to know your face, they remember specific pieces or items that you've inquired about in the past, they tell you about "specials/sales" before they put the signage advertising the sale in front of the store. Whatever it is, I like the fact that a business would take the time to remember its customers, it makes them want to return.

I broke my favorite necklace that I wear everyday and was very upset so I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I called a couple places in the mall where I knew friend's had gotten rings and such from and it was not going to work! Big corporate places like that said they have to mail my necklace off and it would be gone for 2+ weeks! Ridiculous.

So I remembered about Barry's since I had been in there before with a ring I wanted them to fix. I called up and asked about my chain getting fixed and my friend needed her engagement ring dipped. She gave me way better prices than the places from the mall and also a 3 day turn around for both. When I asked if I could have the necklace back that day, she was going to have to up charge me way over the cost to get it back that day so I decided I could be patient and wait it out.

I drove right up there and a guy took my things. (The lady was helping someone else.) He told me he'd have both ready Friday afternoon at the same prices she quoted me. Great, see ya Friday.

Well when I walked in Friday and gave them my ticket #, I could hear all of them talking in the back trying to figure out who's fault it was that my things weren't put in the right place to be fixed, so I'm realizing my necklace is still in half! She comes out and says she'll write up my ticket so I can pay and that my things will be right out. 10 minutes and $50 later I was out of there with a very sparkly ring for my friend, and a necklace back together. REALLY?? So your telling me that it only took him less than 10 minutes to fix my necklace and he couldn't have done that for me the day of without an upcharge??? All in all it really just hurt my feelings. Knowing how upset I was about it being broke, and the fact that it could be fixed that quickly rubbed me the wrong way...

PLEASE READ!! The owner is a nice respectable man, I went there a few months ago to get a clasp on my 14k gold rope chain changed, my mother instructed them to put a 14k clasp on. When i came to pick it up i paid for it then right before leaving i checked the clasp and it said 10k I immediately went to the guy (not barry and not sure of his name but he works in the back) and told him and he said "my bad" and went and supposedly changed it, after a few minutes he came back and said everything was good. I then left and got in my car. I then checked the clasp and it still said 10k. I went in and asked why it was still 10k and he came up with a sad excuse saying it was right beside the 14k clasp. Months later my mother comes in for a repair and a women told her, "cant get anything past your son, he knows his jewelry well." After hearing this i felt compelled to write this review. Beautiful store, but be aware. I guess that dude thought he could trick an unknowing middle age women, but instead her son exposed him. If you have diamonds make sure you know them because i question the integrity of this business.

I had amazing experience here. I came in to get my engagement ring resized and they were able to do it for me in a matter of hours and their pricing was incredible, in the past to have a ring brought down I have been quoted at $100+ and Barry's charged me only $45. The staff were super friendly as well. I highly recommend them to anyone.
