I came for the ATM which was location on the outside of the building. For additional security, I think it would have been better to have it behind the door instead of risking somebody peaking over your shoulder while inputting your pin. Nonetheless, I was still able to accomplish my tasks and would probably still come again.

1 Teller for 10+ people is ridiculous .Seems like its BofA new thing . Our Time is not worth anything to them I guess . Happens at most of their locations.

B of A online? Fantastic! The branch? Seems like there is always just one teller with 8 people in line. Merrill Investments? Worthless! I opened an account and 4 days later, I am not able to connect with anyone via the 877 number. Therefore, I'm pulling a very large sum of money and reallocating to another company, one that answers the phone. However, I think this review is a waste of time - it's very clear by reading the other reviews that B of A doesn't care what their customers think.

If I could give them zero I would. Deposited $365 into the atm almost 3 weeks ago. The atm started messing up after I deposited the money. It tried to refund me my money. Gave up and don't give me shit back. Told me to take my card. It pushed it out just enough to where my fingers could barely grab it and gave me a receipt to call the atm problem line. Took the paper and called them that day. Waited on hold for over an hr. For them to tell me we can't give you a credit and we have to send a tech out. Two weeks later after the week of waiting. They give me 62 back and say they didn't find anymore money. Closed my claim out without informing me and that was it. I will NEVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICAN SCAMMERS EVER AGAIN!! This is wrong and they know it. The Who bank needs to be stripped of everything and abolished.

Wow. Wish I had looked at Yelp. Was in neighborhood and needed quick transaction with my account. I was quoted 10-15 min. Left after 90 with no end in sight. They had ONE banker working. Not even the manager felt like coming to work.

Negative star option please for this one! Other than the automated ATM machine, please PLEASE do not even think to deal with this location of Bank of America. Just like what others have mentioned, the lines and waiting period is horrid. The employees are also on a whole other level of horrid. I have never experienced such rude individuals. But of course, when you hire unprofessional individuals for such a prestigious bank whom also seem to be ungrateful for their jobs, there are no other expectations (many are unemployed and are jobless so if you don't want to work and it's too much for your lazy a$$ then I'd suggest for you to quit asap so those who need a job in the market can get one...there are many in Atlanta!).

The location is miserable too. Getting in and out is a pain.

The staff here is extremely friendly and efficient!! After reading the previous reviews I am shocked. Please don't hesitate to use this location - they are awesome!!

If you need anything other then to use the ATM. Plan on being here for at-least an hour. Even when there is only like 3 people waiting to talk to a representative. They spend more time checking people in then actually taking care of them. I sound so bitter but seriously I just need a debit card. I'm not at the dentist!! Fail.

So slow I feel like I'm at the E.R office, I was told 20 minutes and it's over an hour now!!
