I just got my 6ft. Cedar fence(53 linear feet) installed in record time! The crew(Andres & Re---; I suck at remembering names) showed up before 8:00 am, as promised got to work, and finished in record time; by noon(12:00pm)!! The crew was very nice, respectful, and receptive to my needs. They were careful so as not to get debris in my pool, which is within a couple feet of the fence. The workmanship is excellent and the quality of materials is very good. I
tried to use another fence company initially, but they flaked and didn't even call or show up when the work was supposed to start!
I am so happy that I went with Balboa Fence Company because they Do Exactly what they say they will do!

I have had many compliments on the fence itself by neighbors. Overall it wasn't what I pictured but the most part is they left trash and stuff behind. Will was kind enough to make the crew come back and clean up again. Not everything was cleaned up. They were suppose to remove the chain link fence and they did by cutting the post. Unfortunately left some post still sticking out of the ground and with kids and pets playing in the front yard definitely a hazard. Fence looks good people say they just don't see the mess and hazard on the inside. Oh and make sure you read the contract, my bad on that one.

Update: Big kudos to Will at Balboa Fence Company that within hours of this post reached out to make things better. Appreciate Will and his willingness to make it right. Again I get quite a few compliments on the fence. Star upgrade for customer service.

An acquaintance referred me to Balboa Fence Company after I commented on how nice the fence was in his backyard. I called in to schedule an estimate at the end of October. The lady who took my call was very pleasant and clear in communication. We were able to set up an appointment pretty quickly. Tyler came out did measurements and advised that the project likely wouldn't start in January 2024, which was completely fine. Received a same day estimate. I got a call from Tyler a month later saying that the project can actually start sooner! He made sure all my questions no matter how simple or complex were answered with patience throughout the process. The project was completed in about 3.5 days by Marcus and Anthony and I'm completely ecstatic with how it turned out. Thank you, BFC!

From pictures on the internet, these guys built us a beautiful, modern, corrugated metal fence to start our backyard renovation. Their flexible and friendly crew was able to work with the dimensions of our backyard to create a design that compliments the plans we have for our yard. Schedule in advance. These guys are popular!

I'm extremely happy with my experience with this company. I was getting really frustrated because I only needed a gate and small portion of the fence replaced, and no one would quote me because the job was too small.
Glad I found Balboa Fence who didn't waive me off as I really needed to get it fixed!

Quoting was easy, the people who quoted were very responsive and figured out exactly what kind of gate I wanted based on my random google clips, and the installers who made the fence did a great job. The fence/gate is exactly what I thought it would be and was nicely installed - I get compliments on this all the time, and have had neighbors ask me where I got it done.

Very professional and good work ethic. Completed the job on time with good quality. Responded quickly and resolved a minor issue, that we found several months after installation. Would give them an A+ in customer responsiveness and problem resolution.

Just outstanding! Brett did the estimate and scheduling. Thanks to Covid & whether it took 2+ months to get the job done. Our job was a little tricky - vinyl fence with two gates on our side, lots of pipes, a pool, some artificial turf, some wiring. One company wouldn't quote it, another was about $1000 higher. These guys finished it in two days. They had to come back once to fix a minor problem. All of them were pros! The fence looks great! When they returned, they even adjusted the hinges on our other vinyl fence they didn't install for free! Can't say enough praise.

Had a great experience with Will and the crew at Balboa Fence! Will was the most knowledgeable and straightforward of all the folks I spoke to, he had a good balance of supporting my needs and ideas and contributing his professional expertise to create the best solution. I coordinated the project with 3 of my neighbors and Will provided estimates for 2 different materials and broke out costs for each of the 4 households. Will was able to get the job done within the original timeline despite a full schedule, a holiday, and our vacation plans. The crew was on time, professional, receptive to my and my neighbors questions/concerns, and overcame the strange obstacles in my yard (concrete curbs on the property line, old stakes/posts.) When it came to payment, he sent an invoice to all neighbors, facilitated 3 different payments to cover the balance, and provided receipts accordingly.
