Baja Fresh

This was the best burrito I've had. Apparently they can give you fresh tomatoes and onions if you don't like the pico de gallo. No one has ever told me this till now. I'm allergic to cilantro and I told the woman this.. so she asked if I wanted the tomatoes and onion freshly chopped? Hell yeah! I hope all locations do this. They weren't stingy with the onions. I love onions! I always get the same thing.. veggie burrito extra black beans and no pico. On a plate. Enchilada style. :) This one was perfect. The restaurant was clean. In a good location. The staff was very nice. I wish it had gone to this location before I moved away from Vegas. I'll be back when I'm in town.

Open during remodeling. The fountain drinks were not available (Hubby remembered to bring his refillable cup, but it wasn't in the cards). New tables and chairs. Big Catering order on the counter.

Salsa bar was available (five or six available, try the mango salsa, it's delish, also available, limes and jalapenos). We used a couple gift cards and we had a Survey promo, of $3 off a $15 purchase. We opted for the beef fajitas. We took it to go. The beef was very tender (and marinated, yummy). The mixed beans (we like both), the onions & peppers, guacamole and sour cream, the rice (perfectly cooked), and the tortillas (we got extra tortillas) were all very good. It was a dish to split between the three of us- it was satisfying, and there was rice left over. (We also had Coldstone too.)

For the dinner crowd, it wasn't a whole lot of customers, but there were a few others besides us.

On Tuesday (March 5th, 2024), I ordered a diablo wahoo and shrimp burrito. I also had more chips with a side of guacamole. I thought the food was tasty, but I've better meals at other Baja Fresh locations. The service was still decent, but the restaurant interior was a little dirty and outdated.

Restaurant is a complete mess, the tables, floors, salsa bar, and restrooms are all dirty there is also only one person working in the front, the customer service was also very bad he didn't wanted to answer any of the questions that I had about some of the ingredients on their current promotion. The food was also not good most of my chicken was burnt, my burrito was soggy and the tortilla was falling apart from the juice of the pico de gallo, my brothers fajitas also had the chicken burnt, cold and dry. I used to come here at least once a week but this past 2 weeks have being a really bad experience and would not be comeback in anymore.

Not a good experience today, and usually it is. The lady that helped me was unfriendly and didn't even smile or look at me. Also, the store is very dirty....tables, floors, everything. Tighten up please.

Stopped in for the first time to grab a quick lunch. There was no greeting or any suggestions when I let the worker know it was my first time here!
It wasn't busy at the time of my visit. The restaurant looked to be kept clean, but, being my visit was around the time they probably just opened its hard to really say.
They have quite a few things on their menu almost all of it I am not sure what it is, so I opted for the steak quesadilla. It came with a side of guacamole and sour cream and a small bag of chips with no dip! It costs $16!!! The taste was bland even with the condiments.
Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here! Super bummed my first experience here wasn't pleasant!

Kudos to this place for proudly serving Impossible meat to provide an array of plant-based options. My favorite over the years has been the Burrito Ultimo with its grilled veggies. I choose Impossible as my meat. I order it with no cheese or sour cream, to make it fully plant-based. The food here isn't remarkable, but their salsa bar has the widest selection that I know of. One of my favorites is the Molcajete, which is a hot salsa with rich, fire-roasted flavor.

This place deserves 10 stars. Everyone so professional and the food is so yummy. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The chief deserves a raise . I highly recommend this place. Affordable prices and great tasting food. Thank you !

Friendly staff, good tasting food and decent prices. I would give it five stars except both of our visits had some cleanliness issues.

Haven't been into a Baja Fresh for a while but since i was in the area i decided to stop by, I Ordered 2 crispy fish tacos combo w rice and beans and honestly was dissatisfied.Beans was not good, rice is just ok and The tacos was ok except it came w a fish sticks which was too small for the tortilla they could have at least put two instead they filled it more w the veggies. The cashier was friendly and the wait wasn't bad. I do like that they have a salsa bar so you can choose on your own.
