Johnny Campbell worked effortlessly handling, and negotiating, and got me the settlement that was promised from the beginning. There was no hidden fees, I was updated daily, if not weekly during the negotiation phase. Jonny went above and beyond to get me my settlement, and in a timely fashion I might add!

Spoke with Bachus and Schanker about two accidents 2 days apart, both of which were not my fault.They gladly took in my case and treated me like they would handle everything except property. Understood. 47 days later I have no settlement, no idea where my vehicle is and any time i try to call Chase Allen whos in charge of my case he ignores me. The one time i spoke to him was to tell me he doesn't want to take my case after all

I asked for a mental health referral and physical therapy referral and they got me into physical therapy immediately yet took so long to schedule the telehealth that I had one appointment and had to cancel. I was only able to attend one mental telehealth meeting before getting a call from an unethical and unprofessional attorney who told me they'd no longer be accepting my case. I stand by my review and challenge you to prove otherwise
P.S don't let an attorney tell you something is patently false lol. Further speaks to their professionalism

So disappointed. Such unprofessional service. Received a medical disclosure form for (supposedly) a provider that was left blank as to provider, but which I was asked to sign, and in which the word "representation" Could not even be spelled properly.
ALSO, was contacted by Marrick without notice by B&S as to their role in my case. And finally--the attorney assigned to case verified he never even requested or reviewed the traffic camera footage and stated to me he was an "medical" attorney, uninterested and uninformed as the property damage portion of the claim.
So unprofessional, IMO, and certainly not what I expected. I could not recommend this firm to anyone based on my experience.

Warning! Do not use this law firm for any reason. They will not give you true representation and they will retain more than you will ever get.

Find another legal firm. They do nothing except wait for a settlement and then charge you for a bunch of interest and other ridiculous fees.

In my opinion they do not conduct business in an ethical manner.

Chase is the guy you want on your side. He went to bat for me. Made sure I knew what was going on every step he took. His transparency was a big deal for me. He also makes sure you understand all things on the case. He's a real solid guy.
