Using B&G cleaners for two years now. Nearly weekly. Enjoy seeing staff friendly faces. Always quick to help but not to quick for a friendly chat.

Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is always quick. Began using B & G after a couple of overpriced bad experiences elsewhere and haven't looked back since.

As long as we are living in this area, my husband and I will always bring our clothes to B&G Cleaners.

The service is spectacular. It's been a long time since I used anyone else, so I honestly am not sure how their prices compare to other local cleaners, but compared to the service and quality of work we got at other places previously, I would gladly pay more to come to B&G. I doubt they cost more than anyone else though, because it's certainly not breaking our bank--and I tend to be pretty budget-conscious.

The owner of this place is almost always there and is SUPER friendly. In fact, by our second or third trip, he already knew us by name. Photographic memory, gotta be! But seriously, nicest guy ever.

Once I took in my husband's work shirts, and he asked how I wanted them starched. I, clueless as ever, took a stab and guessed heavy. The owner asked if they were for my husband, and when I said yes, he gently suggested, "Josh usually gets medium starch." LOL! When I told Josh about it, he laughed and said, "Well, he's right!" How's that for service, he knows my husband better than I do!

Great service and quality work. Have taken shirts with stains and always happy with the results.

This place is ridiculous, I was here on business and trusted this place to handle my laundry. They destroyed 3 of my shirts and weren't honest about it. Knowing that I am not from the area she refused to do any reimbursement. My shirts worth about $100 isn't worth doing business with owners that can't take the blame. At least reimburse to avoid bad reviews. I did call the police to see if we could handle the matter civilly, but she also called and I don't know what she said to them that the whole squad came, and making me look like a criminal. When a business owner does that she is only thinking about herself and not the customer. Funny part was that she didn't care if I called the police because she knew the chief she said .... what does that tell you about this business!!!

Love this place! They are wonderful people to do business with; family owned and operated. I trust them with my most cherished, vintage 1940's and 50's dresses!! I plan to continue using them for as long as I live within an hour's drive, they are so worth it.

I lived in Olive Branch for 22yrs. There is no better cleaners than B&G. They also pick up and deliver for free !! How they remember everybody by name just blow my mind.

Always courteous and quick. Now, I have a special request. If someone knows how to get a hold of someone here after hours, I completely forgot that I had dropped off my tux. I would like to have it for our cruise and I left my number on the voicemail. If someone can get this message through it would be great as we are leaving Sunday. I paid up front so I just need to pick up. Thanks!!
