The property management company I had worked for used All Valley Washer Service for their laundry room maintenance. I would consider them a satisfactory company overall.
There aren't a whole lot of commercial laundry service companies out there and I know that AVWS is a bit of a distance from our Santa Barbara properties. That said, they were willing to make the trek out during the times that we were in need.
Communication is straightforward and there's always someone on the other end of the phone to assist. We found that they would drive out to Santa Barbara if they had received more than one service call for the general vicinity. The service technicians were friendly and efficient, but there have been a handful of occasions where my residents were without (some) working machines for 1-2 weeks at a time. I was never a fan of placing 'Out of Order' signs on the machines but these sorts of issues are inevitable when hundreds of residents are using them on a frequent basis.
I wish that there was more of a local selection of laundry service companies but am grateful for the service received from the team at AVWS.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Still the absolute worst. Our PayRange app has not been working since 11/4/2023 and our machines are once again eating up all of our coins due to a full coin box. It's been a month since they've been notified of the issue and nothing has been done.

.Jan 24, 2024Previous reviewThe absolute worst. Our dryer was out of order for 2 months because they never came to collect the coins from the coin slot and it was jammed. THAT'S THEIR JOB. Not sure how they stay afloat if they can't even do the bare minimum.

It's been OVER 6 MONTHS and this washer is still completely broken. Where is the PHONE NUMBER TO CALL YOUR COMPANY? I shouldn't have to resort to Yelp reviews in order to get service.
How about instead of focusing on taking (and raising) electronic payments, you use that technology to alert your repair guys that there are machines broken and leaking water everywhere.
Novel idea, right guys?

We have held back from raising prices for as long as we could. We are a family owned and operated company, doing our best to continue our 63rd year in business. The phone app is a 3rd Party Vendor. All Valley Washer purchases, installs and maintains our washers and dryers at the property. We bear the costs for sending Service Technicians and Collectors to the properties on a regular basis. That includes gas for their vehicles, parts, wages, car & health insurance, and other costs. We have sent you a direct message. Would that sound good for business? Or maybe you'd prefer increasing machine costs again while we're in a fucking recession.
Oh, and there's no cell service in the laundry rooms, so Pay Range is useless.
Get your shit together and fix these machines. You have ONE job.

Let's be clear... AVWS is a Bluetooth service, whose only function is to take people's money via an app by connecting to pre-existing, conventional washers and driers in apartment and condo complexes. AVWS does NOT supply water or power to machines (hence, there is ZERO operating costs for them aside from app updates).
Prices on everything are soaring, people are suffering, and these ass****s are now adding to the problem.

People just do not know how use the machines. It is so nasty what people put in the soap drawers. I can't even even do laundry since all 8 washers are clogged with soap.

Stole 10 dollars from me and the costumer service is horrible

I'm going to talk to my building manager to change companies. We have 3 washers in the main building. 2 of them have been out of service since July 9,2023. I'm told that they have left a number of calls, yet no one has replied.

This is the WORST company EVER!!! EVER!!! They don't know their A$$ from a hole in the ground. They rarely answer the phone, you cannot talk to a supervisor, they say they were out to fix the machine(s) and they clearly weren't. Their jingle says they are driven to be "the best". That's a crock of .... They keep saying the account has been closed / can't find account/No such address for where the 50+ machines are located! This level of ineptitude is nothing a service company should strive for!

So far, I've had prompt response in filing an "affidavit claim" due to their dryer COMPLETELY RUINING my used ONE Season, comforter. I was shocked what happened while following care instructions (washed/dried before, NOT a problem elsewhere) but 1st time using their machine, and not even full drying cycle. I believe it was a machine malfunction, because the comforter was the only item in machine, not tangled, etc. I was being extra careful not being g 100% confident w/ their machines (especially dryers). In mid-cycle I checked on comforter to ensure all is good but OMG, I felt my comforter and it literally had a crunchy feeling so I removed it, while still having 1/2 a timer still going and it was like melted in bunches. I had it on the low setting, etc. Leasing Office referred me to them.
