I happened to be in the area and stopped by to buy some brakes. After being totally ignored, I headed to my local White Center Autozone and received the proper customer service. 1 Star for Burien and 5 Stars for WC!

Visited today (Thanksgiving) to have my battery and charging system tested. Was immediately greeted and helped by a young man was very pleasant. Tested my system and showed me the results. Grabbed some coolant and was immediately rang up. Probably the best auto parts store experience I've ever had! Kudos!

Lots of available parking customer service was above and beyond Paul was great so I was the gal working with him they help me put my blades on and I asked him to show me how to do it in addition he did I waited until there was not a lot of customers so I wouldn't take away from their time lots of parking lots of options well-stocked great teamwork I'll definitely be back Also easy location to get to right off the freeway

Auto Zone Alternators are JUNK!
I purchased a NEW, not refurbished alternator for my Acura from Autozone back in April of 2022. Six months later on October 21, 2022, it started acting up. The alternator I replaced back in April appeared to be the same brand. It failed just after year after I bought this car which was only driven less than 4k miles.
Duralast alternators are garbage! Auto Zone's return policy is basically non-existent. They will trade you for replacement piece of junk, but then you'll be stuck in an endless cycle of paying for labor to replace this part every 6 months to a year. It's a money pit and a trap.
Years ago, I replaced my alternator using the same brand for my Toyota. Afterwards, I would receive a high pitch feedback through my car speakers. It was very annoying. I should have learned my lesson then.
I do not recommend any alternator from Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, etc. Save yourself the headaches and time wasted by staying away from these places! Ordered a master cylinder. The rude cashier was in such a rush to get everyone out the door she didn't even tell me when it would arrive, so I called and they said 3 days, from federal way.
I called oreillys and they said it will be there the next morning.
2 weeks go by and I haven't heard anything from autozone. I finally went in, didn't have my receipt, and they said they never ordered the part, and didn't put my phone number into the order.
In other words, they literally just took my money without even ordering the part. Just money for literally nothing.
I finally found my receipt and got my money back.

Battery light on in truck and just barely started this morning. I headed down to nearest Autozone here in Burien to troubleshoot. Upon walking in I was greeted by employee Ashley P. And I explained the situation. Ashley grabbed the battery tester and jump starter and ultimately we discovered a bad alternator. The alternator was still under warranty However not in stock here or any nearby Autozone. Ashley pointed out that they have a different alternator for same price and in stock and I was able to exchange for that part. While I swapped the alternator Ashley suggested I put my battery on their in store charger. I had a great experience today with Burien Autozone and Ashley P. was extremely helpful during the process. I made an online order for an instore pick up and drove to their location on 148th to pick up my items. I got their at 8:50pm everywhere that informs you of their hours stated that they are open until 9pm on Sunday. As I pulled up and parked and got out of my csr one of the employees immidately turned off their open sign and then locked the doors 6 min before 9 pm I came to the door and tried to tell them I already paid for my stuff can I just grab it and they literally treated me like I was some sketchy ass person and they looked at me shook their heads and didn't even give me the time of day or listen to what I said they easily could have grabbed my purchased items and it would have taken seconds but I guess customer service isn't their priority nor is being good employees it's going home and clocking off. I plan to pick up my items tomorrow and have a nice constructive conversation w the two male employees.if i were their employer they would be regretting that choice and doing all they can to make things right because they're representative for that autozone. First impressions are very important. There number one goal is to be making your customers happy because you're number one goal should be in the customer service and it so important to always go above and beyond for customers, retail stores thrive off their customers so being disrespectful to them is never a good idea. And you never know when you treat people that way what customer is going to leave a review. These employees have lost me as a customer to the autozone business and gave their company a horrible review, the employees go unnamed due to the fact that I didn't catch the name so I will update tomorrow it was named when I get my stuff and let them know that I will never be shopping with them again that there are 1 million other Otto stores that I have experienced 10 times better customer service that and I would rather shop with them no I can identify the employees by their vehicles the one that was directly rude to me Drive a 2008/2012 Dodge truck and the other one he drives a folder of the year is unknown dark green Mustang. If I were to to give my recommendation to these boys I will let them now if they want to keep a job because their attitudes are going to continue to make autozone on 148th loose customers unless they start going above and beyond for their customers and make customer service a priority my at least. This was not the best way to end my day. But i do truly hope that these boys change their attitudes and make this right for their own sake

I needed a new windshield wiper immediately, because my 28" single front wiper had just popped off into traffic in the pouring rain on the highway. I knew there was an AutoZone 2 miles back closer to my house, so I carefully navigated back. The man at the counter helped me select the best value blade and also helped me make sure I had the new wiper blade installed correctly, in fewer than 5 minutes. Great experience! And me and my dogs in the car were able to get right back on our way out to go hiking.
