So I have never done this before and I came here with a friend for a fun evening on a Saturday. We started with the axe throwing I must say our trainer/instructor AJ was cool he was funny he was very helpful he even paid attention to how we were throwing the axe as well as our stance, he helped us fix what need to be adjusted and his main goal was to make sure we all landed our axe on the target. Our whole session was about an hour and a half which I felt was more than enough time to be able to learn the technique and play. I had an awesome time, I will definitely definitely do this again we had to wear a mask given the pandemic however we were still able to have fun.

Alright. Couple things here.

Took my kids here for the second time just now. First time, they had fun. A bit expensive for a 5 min ride at almost $30 but whatever it's a mall and I knew what I was signing up for.

This time. I waited in line for a half an hour just to get to the register. Here I encountered two major issues for me a a consumer.

#1 - I wanted to buy 10 races which comes with a discount... it's $175. Wanted to give each kid of mine, 5 races to use. Problem is that their policy is that you can't do that, it's single rider. I don't understand this policy for related people. I'm the one paying, I buy 10 races, I deserve the 10 race purchase discount. I was asked to buy TWO, 5 race packages which is $25 more. I said no, and asked for one race a piece instead. Keeping track as a business, I went in spending $175, now down to spending $60. Seems weird. Which is where I ran into issue #2.

#2 - after waiting 30 min in line (the line was not big, it took them 30 min to clear just the one group at each register), and after being frustrated by the policy above... I was told the next available race was THREE HOURS LATER. So now I left.

Maybe you should get rid of the policy that makes people spend less money, have a policy of notifying waiting customers of what the expected wait time is so they can decide if that's even for them.

And the cherry on top, my son said he wanted to have his birthday party there, in 2 months.

So your lost revenue as a business today represents $175, plus another roughly $700.

Good job guys.

Attendants did not admonish the crashers/ the aggressive ones who intentionally bumped cars. Sis not enjoy at all. Highly disappointed as it's not inexpensive.

So had a day to myself and my son trying to decide what to do. It was suggested we try indoor karting. Before we went to Autobahn I read some reviews since this was a first time for me. Got to say most of the reviews were not good. A lot stated how unprofessional the staff was. We we went anyway. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant an informative. We got checked in paid for our races and were sent on to enjoy. The first stop was a brief orientation then helmet fitting. Contrary to most of the reviews I found the staff professional and very attentive. Overall the experience was good and something I plan to do again.

I've been going to this place since it opened. I have one of the very first YouTube video POV versions with 26k views. It's a great addition to the mall, but it's starting to be less attractive.

Cars need to be serviced. Many of them are starting to have issues with rough/bouncy suspension and steering becoming very loose. My friend had a car that kept shutting off by itself. Unless you come when it's very quiet, you will always have a newbie that will limit your speed throughout your race because they keep spinning out. Who wants to go and pay 45 bux for 50~70% speed? Look at the racers' history and give full power for experienced racers.

Very clean, they offer so much for you to do from axe throwing to go karts. My stepson is a member of their kids leagues and has a great time. The staff is friendly welcoming and helpful. It's pricey but there are first responders discounts (teachers too)!

Aside from auto racing, they also have axe throwing, which was why we were here as a surprise for me. You have to check in about 15 minutes prior to your reservation. You will go thru a 1 min video and a thorough hands on training session...then let the games begin!
Our instructor, AJ, was great. He's patient, a very good communicator, a skilled ax thrower and funny. He made the experience all the better for us. We all plan to return.

Where to begin..... I'll keep i"my feedback direct.

1. Don't bother reserving ahead of time. It's more expensive to reserve and doesn't actually save time. I had to wait an hour past my reservation.

2. They force you to buy a "license". $8. You get a hood. I had my own helmet and didn't need a hood but they forced it.

3. Track is boring and short.

4. Cars are inconsistent. Some are fast, some are slow, some have good tires, some have bad tires.
I did three races. First race my car ran mid pack. Speed was at a level where you can floor it around the whole track with no brakes. Second race, my car was back of the pack. Passed on straights. No power or speed. 3rd race my car had crap tires on the rear and the car would have bursts of speed. Sometimes very fast and you have to slowdown before a turn and then sometimes, the car lossed a lot of power.

I highly recommend people steer clear of this place.

I brought my feedback to the manager. No help. Felt like a "sorry Charlie" response.

Took three kids to go racing. The people at the front were not welcoming and kind of off putting. They did not explain anything well including that children and adults race separately. They told me to look at signs and didn't really explain to me. I don't understand that why, at least for children, they can't do a package with just one race. It's costly. Or it would be a great option to buy a three pack and each child can go once. Plus my child's birthday was that week and the race couldn't have been used. What's the point? The person giving instructions was quite helpful and explained everything well. We appreciated him. Nobody answered the phone when I called previously. Even though I was disappointed in the business, our children had fun. I'd prefer to never go back, but once you buy that license (which they force you to do), you're kinda stuck.

We drove all the way up and got there at 11pm only to be turned away. The karting packages are only available to be purchased in person so I decided to take a friend for her birthday but was told that they weren't selling anymore tickets for the remainder of the night and closing early even though there were many other people still actively karting away but no one else waiting to kart. We were advised to make a reservation next time - despite calling a week earlier to attempt a reservation but they won't take one if you plan to buy the packages of 8 karting sessions. Combined with the uncertainty of the future of the mall, I am glad we don't have to waste our money buying packages and probably will go to other locations to avoid wasting everyone's time.
