Drove over an hour to see a car that they have for sale only to get here and be told it's no longer here and will return next week. Terrible!

This car taught me, never by a used car from this shop without test driving and being 100% confident. I was told it was in great condition, so I had it shipped. As soon as it arrived, it kept dying on me so I took it to a classic car shop and they quoted 1900 to fix its issues. Called the dealership and they offered to pay 500. DO NOT buy from here without a test drive

In over 50 years of purchasing automobiles, the purchase of my Bullitt Mustang was the easiest of all. In addition, the salesman, Jim Fruzyna instilled confidence and assistance every step of the way. Of the 8 or so questions posed to him over 2 days, 6 he answered immediately and 2 he said he'd get back with the answer, which he did. The selling price was very fair. Shipment across the country was arranged.

At every step of the pre-sale, sales and post sale process, Auto Showcase of Carol Stream was there for the customer. The next time I need a car, Auto Showcase of Carol Stream is the go to place.

I was ready to buy a car from this dealership. Their price was high (overpriced) but they agreed to lower it a little. We allowed them to pull our credit, I asked for the contract prior to paying the deposit. They didn't disclose their added on fees. (nor was this mentioned anywhere on cargurus) But be warned they charge $695 dealer prep fee + $300 in additional add on fees! I have never seen this high of dealer fee, and I am a former banker and have bought several cars, from different states. I live in California home of crazy fees, and we paid only $80 in fees here from the dealership. If you look at the contracts (pic posted), you can see this fee was essentially just added back to the CASH PRICE of the car. So be advised you will pay $695 more for the car than they are telling you. We just bought the exact car that was a year newer with less miles two months ago and paid $3,000 less than this car would have cost out the door. (Plus their interest was 25% higher, even though we have excellent credit) Since we felt this was unethical, we decided not complete this transaction. They also wanted the unsigned contract back, and claimed it was needed for "auditing" purposes. As a former banker never does a audit ask for unsigned forms from a uncompleted transaction. I am guessing they just want the evidence of their excessive fees back. Really disappointed in the whole process and outcome. I would not buy from them in the future. Huge waste of time.

I despise car shopping.... the constant haggling and hustling everyone normally has to deal with is nothing short of disgusting and total waste of time. Not ever have I dealt with that here at Auto Showcase. The experience is so pleasant you actually feel encouraged to come back again to do it again. Bottom line..... no one gives you a great deal like I've gotten here. Leaps and bounds the best deals on cars I've seen nationwide. I love it, they are no bullshit and straight forward. Big purchases like this are always uneasy and working with Jim, has taken away that anxiety completely! I refer all my friends and family to them and everyone leaves a happy customer. I'm so proud to be able to call them friends and extend that referral.

Purchased a Ford Fusion 2010 from Auto Showcase. Emailed Jim with some questions on condition of car, always got a fast response. I had the option of going in person to check out the car ( I live in metro Kansas City) but decided against it. Based on information from Jim and detailed pictures on website, I made an offer for the car, agreed on price, had the car shipped to me .
From completing paperwork to actually receiving car took about one week. Probably easiest car purchase I have completed and I've purchased numerous automobiles. Car is in excellent condition.
