Horrible service. I had a new glass installed, but it had air coming through. They scheduled a time for me to return so they can fix the issue, but when I arrived they said I had to wait a hour and thirty minutes just for them to see what the issue was. My time is very limited so I'm disappointed in the quality of service. I wish I never allowed to replace my glass. You get what you pay for. They don't make appointments for then to fix the issue.

I did not use this company but I am leaving a poor review because their advertisement on Google is inaccurate that they provide free, same day mobile service. They do not provide mobile service at all. I wasted my time going back and forth answering questions about my vehicle, getting a quote and setting up an appointment to ultimately find out that they did not provide the service that they advertise.

The manager was very rude and to our office manger when shen was only inquiring about our account and for that we will never use them again.

I'm hesitant to give a poor review but my recommendation is to stay away from here. Got a quote over the phone for my 2006 C230 that was reasonable (I guess) - made an appointment with the understanding that I've got very limited time (lunch hour). Went in, did the paperwork and sat. And sat some more (30 minutes total before my car was looked at...) after another 30 minutes, a nurse came in who had previously had her windshield replaced and it was leaking...they assured her they would reseal it promptly.
After another 30 minutes they called her name and said it was ready to go! She looked at me and said "it's sitting right there. No-one has looked at it!" They scrambled to find out what's going on and I stepped out to make a call - my car has been in the bay for some time and only the seal is off and no-one is working on it. I called over the technician (nice guy) who told me they don't have my windshield in stock and they're trying to source one...WTH?
I walked back in and told the guy I'm out of time - he can source the windshield later. He refunded my CC and I left, grateful that the work wasn't completed.
I prompted called Safelite and had the windshield replaced the next day - FOR LESS MONEY, LESS TIME and free coffee and a movie in their waiting room. Call Safelite - you'll be glad you did.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gina O.San Francisco, CA01Aug 24, 2020
Do not take your car here. They broke the camera in the windshield. IT COST $800 to get their work fixed. They would not refund or pay for the damages.

They were flexible with my appointment time, and replaced my windshield in an hour. Not to mention they were about $50 cheaper than other places.

they fixed my glass then the next day my other window wouldn't go up. iit goes up when you bump it he gonna tell me i need a motor so he can make some more money. i got power windows and now the one he put it won't go up sometimes because like i think he left something loose in my window and now both windows sometimes don't go up you got to bump it for it to go up. i hope they see this so they can do the right thing and fix my window correctly and stop trying to beat me out of some more money.

Terrible service I called to get a quote my Lexus they were having phone issues so rep called back on another phone and asked me questions about car while on speaker phone she asked did I have regular sunroof never asked anything about panoramic roof got to appointment office was full of people I asked how long service would be after being at work all day they called for my vehicle 10 minutes later time 3:15 while siting in lobby for an hour I went out to check on vehicle I said vehicle still not ready guy said he the manager Mark haven't talked you I said no they ordered wrong glass trying to say I told them I had panoramic roof which the girl did not ask and the manager even tried to lie and say he heard her when she asked y'all I know I don't have panoramic roof so they went to warehouse no glass and I had to wait 5 days for my glass the manager then told me that he was going to put my old glass back in I heard the worker tell manager that he can't do that due to safety and that it's not safe manager still have not informed me now it's 5:30 I'm still there had to call a Uber to come get me and that was my only transportation Gm manager finally called and I informed him what was going on he told me he was going to call back never did so I had to get rental car which I had to pay for out of pocket they called Friday saying they put temporary glass in until my glass come in I did not have a way to come get my car due to being at work. I got a call saying new glass came in Monday and that I was discounted 50 dollars for my problems I said that's unacceptable still nothing done about so I went and picked my car no apologies at all for all my troubles or nothing no new wipers advised or anything knowing I needed some so I went advanced right down street. Terrible terrible service

The worse customer service ! Waited 20 minutes in front of who was working the front desk and he kept answering the phone and never looked up. So , I called the number on the front of the building. Still no help but at least he talked to me than !!! Never will recommend anyone to go there !!
