Auto Brite

Took car for oil change. Noticed oil spot on my driveway next day. Never had a leak before. Took it back, they changed oil again and overtightened the drain plug. Still leaking. My Mechanic says they stripped the drain pan plug hole. Mechanic says parts and labor $500 to replace oil pan.

*UPDATE* - After contacting Auto Brite, they agreed to reimburse me.

Horrible car wash!! Car doesn't get clean. Very very rude and nasty management. Please take car anywhere but here.
Waste of time and money!!

Ladies beware. Predatory practices including bait and switch. Went to get a routine oil change. Got up charged for synthetic and didn't honor their own $7.00 off for being within 500 miles of the prescribed interval. Oil change tech lied and manager backed up the employee versus looking up my records and seeing that I've never used synthetic oil in this vehicle. Waited thirty minutes for the guy to start my car and he lied and said the car in front of me caused some extra work. There was no car in front of me in the oil change bay. I was the only one getting oil changed at the time.

Never again. This place sucks and deserves is low rating. Beware.

Took incredibly long, one employee working while others watched. Multiple cars who came in after me finished before mine. Ended up taking the car early as it was taking way too long and I had y try o pick up my wife. Needless to say the quality was poor. Plan for an hour at least to do a wash and interior clean on a slow day. Not worth $45 at all.

There are no other choices around that I know of. But you don't need another choice because they do a great job inside and out.

My car was filthy. When they were done, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Excellent job!! I'm a customer for life. Great prices too.

Super happy with this service. Fast, competitively priced oil change & tire rotation and includes car wash. My truck is happy.

I've had poor service from this place before but today takes the cake. Every time I've had to ask the guys to reclean this or that. But today it barely seems that anything was touched. For 40$ I expected a lot more. Luckily another company will be opening up soon in town.

The poorest car cleaning ever! While the mechanical part of the wash does a good job on the exterior, the interior cleaning is a different matter! The vacuuming is poor, floor mat cleaning lousy, and the window cleaning is terrible! For $38.00 including a very undeserved $5 tip, it's a ripoff!

I have been here a couple of times and the service wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best. But gave it another chance, and I will never go here again. I'd rather pay for unlimited at the new place in town and vacuum and clean the inside myself. The centerconcil was filthy so I asked the lady to wipe it again please and that was the result. They clearly just don't care.
