I got locked out of my house this morning (Sunday) and after failed attempts to regain access to my home I found Mario on Yelp and he was at my house within 15 minutes of calling him! Thank goodness because it was freezing out. He had to climb my fence because my gate is pad locked with the key locked inside my house. He truly was a savior today- and his helper (she was stuck on the other side of my gate). He also cleaned up from the mess of having to break my lock off - I installed a keyless lock 2 days ago, and I forgot the code this am (pre-coffee!) - this was the only way to get back I'm. I highly recommend! Rate was very reasonable especially for a Sunday

Locked my keys in my car on new years eve.

I called at 8pm on new years eve, and they were there in 15 minutes.

After about 45 minutes my car was unlocked and I was on my way to the party. No damage to the car at all. Pure professional service.

Very appropriate company name because Mario is a TOTAL BOSS. I had been turned down by three(3) other locksmiths previously -- Mario could have done the job with his eyes closed.

My 1974 BMW's only key had worn to the point of not starting the car, and the key was discontinued by BMW. Sounds bad right? I was ready to pay Mario for a whole new ignition cylinder and probably both doors but he was able to fix mine! saving me a lot of money and stress.

He is a master. I could tell by the way he started my old beloved just the way she likes, the very first time. Then he made me a new key on the spot and on his way out, gave me some free advice about my other ridiculous car's jammed door that 45min later would open it for the first time in months. I seriously do not even want to know much that would have cost.

Complete overdelivery of service. Made my whole week. Hire this guy.

Door Knob Change

The owner, Mario, was very responsive via email and text even at 4:53 am. He showed up quickly at 5:05 am to our house to change our front door knob! He finished it up in less than 15 minutes! The price is very reasonable and the cheapest among the three locksmiths I have called in the area! Excellent job, Mario! We highly recommend his service to anyone!

Called the top 5 Yelp listings and he:

a) answered immediately
b) was the cheapest quote around (beating another listing by 50%!)
c) was the only one who would come out to Castro Valley within the hour (I called at 630 pm on a Thursday night)
d) was highly professional & got the job done

I don't know what happened but a mom and her son shows up and can barely speak English. I'm locked out of my house so I just roll with it. It takes then two hours, they drill and a day later my door handle is falling apart. It looks like this place is a scam. Lots of locksmith scams out there.
