I would recommend Austex!
We didn't have the best experience with the first technician- he lacked professionalism and didn't finish the job. (We needed a few sprinkler heads replaced and he didn't have the parts).
After speaking with Logan (manager?) we came up with a plan to have someone back out and they were very fair/reasonable with the billing so I didn't get stuck with a big 2 visit bill for something that should have been completed in one visit. The second technician was great, communicated well, completed the job promptly and even found a second issue he was able to quickly fix.

I don't do reviews often, but I'm glad I gave them a second chance. We're all human and can't have the best day everyday. Overall, they were professional and did a great job.

I have used Austex Sprinklers for several years for my irrigation management and repair. Everyone they send to complete the work is highly trained and provides uncompromising service. Today their technician Tom was very professional, cordial and offered (solicited) advice. He's an excellent example of the level of service you can expect from Austex.

I've used AusTex many times over the past eight years, and they are top notch with fair pricing. Everything from installation of irrigation (a whole system) to winterization and repairs. For all things irrigation I would highly recommend them.

The latest was adding drip line irrigation to a landscaping job. They got me booked pretty fast, and the crew did a great job in a short time. They listened to my needs for the job, and they also made good suggestions.

So I used the convenient Yelp Contractor Business finder & out of the 4 or 5 sprinkler irrigation folks that followed up with me by text these professionals got my job. The initial consultation by the service tech provided confidence in my choice. The second visit they repaired my old sprinkler system when scheduled. I did call them back to address some random sprinkler pop up issues & they responded quickly to address those final repair needs I asked to be addressed. I'm very happy with the final results.

Austex Sprinklers was a bit more expensive than others but for what they did, the price was worth it. They were also completely flexible with regard to finishing the work and asking for payment. That is, they began the work in November and came back to finish it in April when the planting was done, explaining why it was best to wait. It's working wonderfully now and the guys who put in the drip lines and bubblers seemed to know what they were doing. The only problem was that from November to April there were three leaks that I hadn't noticed until all the grass was cut and the yard was readied for planting. They were small, but the original workers had left the valves a bit open, one valve more than the others. That said, they came out to fix it. On the other hand, I kept getting invoices for the repair they did which they eventually stopped sending when they realized it was a repair for a problem they had created. But all and all, I would use them again.

Fantastic service! They were a bit booked (had to schedule 2 weeks out) but the technician fixed my two broken pipes and drip pipe within an hour at an insanely low rate. While they couldn't fix all the problems since a different company had broken my sprinkler pipes in more than 2 places, they absolutely did a great job which is a rarity in this space. Phenomenal value, top tier service.

We have used Austex since we bought a house with a sprinkler system. 8 years or so. This time I'm very disappointed. I could not get the system to run and called them out. A switch was off. Yet the service tech continued and found a problem with a nozzle and replaced it. However, they did not check the system for leaks. I inquired for clarification and never got a response. They are persistent in getting invoices paid as I'd get s as list daily reminders. A week after the service a phone call. Ah... so this is how you get a call back- don't pay. It was practically impossible to get an appointment in the first place!
Upon speaking to the rep I learned I should have asked for an inspection and not a repair. I had asked for neither just stated the facts. I figure when you call a specialist it's because you don't have the knowledge yourself. Here we are being asked to make another appointment because I did not ask for inspection. So... if you are lucky enough to get through for an appointment don't tell them anything is wrong with your system. Just tell them you want an inspection. Offer no other info and be sure to check the problem you called about in the first place before they leave your site to make sure they caught it and addressed it.

Very disappointed! Looking for another service provider....

Austex sprinklers did an awesome job fixing busted pipes from the freeze and made sure all sprinklers were working. They work hourly plus parts which was hundreds less expensive than the other company we originally hired.
We will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to install sprinklers in our new homes.

Austex Sprinklers - I cannot express enough appreciation for Jennifer for her customer service and for Anthony the technician that worked on my sprinkler system. They will be my go-to service for anything sprinkler related.
Jennifer is personable and accomodating and Anthony the technician took great care in finding the leak which was not easy to find and contacted me afterwards to explain the problem.
I highly recommend Austex Sprinklers, I am not local and trust their attention to detail in taking care of my property's sprinkler system. Thank you Jennifer and Anthony!

I had noticed that my water consumption had quadrupled. Austex was available within a week. On the day of I called to confirm and when the call dropped they called me right back. The technician, Chris, also called to give me a reminder and was right on time. He was super friendly and was able to figure out that the problem was with one of the lines and with the controller.

Highly recommend Austex, I'll be using them again for sure for any future irrigation issues or work.
