If there is a -5 star rating, I would rate it that way.

      1. They were late: Showing up hours later than appointment time. We call the owner and the female owner told us she has no way tracking where the driver is nor able to contact them.

      2. Two workers showed up in the our house where we are moving out. Worker A was in a super bad mood (don't know why). Worker B is quiet and nice but he kept being yelled by A.

Dad kindly asked for advice: "Do we need to disassemble the bookshelf?"

Worker A: (shouting with very bad attitude saying): "i thought you look like a educated person, not like me, you should know a lot. Why are you so stupidly asking me this? you should know everything."

We kindly explained that we were just "asking for advice".
Worker A: I don't have the XXX time to put it back for you!!!
WORKER A REFUSED TO WRAP THE FURNITURES WITH PADDED CLOTHES.

      3. Arriving new home: that's where all the drama taking place. Before the truck arriving new home, our family member in the old home who were being treated badly in the old home already warned us to be careful.

During unloading, mom asked if they can put some sort of padding or carpet to protect the floor. B kindly say ok they will be careful.

"A" hulled a washer with a dolly into the house and we told him that it goes up the 2nd floor where the laundry room is. "A" started to curse and complaining how narrow the stairs are (it's about 3.5' - 4' width) and about to pull the dolly with washer directly onto the stair. One of us stopped him and asked if he can use some sort of padding on to protect the new wooden floor, he started to yell!
A: "you know how to do it?! you do it! I am not going to break my neck and die here doing that.
We: "but if you roll the dolly up that way, the floor will be damaged... can you .."
A: kept yelling he is going to die that way and not going to do it. roughly drop the washer on the floor and walking outside by yelling: "i am not going to move it! you do it yourself."

We (female family members) were all shocked and didn't know what to do because he was so rude and so mad. JUST BULLIES! worker A started moving stuff into the garage, refuse to move inside the house not to mention upstairs.

HE THREATEN US IF WE DONT PAY HIM UPFRONT, HE WILL NOT UNLOAD OUR STUFF FROM THE TRUCK. HE WOULD DRIVE AWAY.

We told him if he dare to do that we would call police. He yelled: "suite yourself. I am not afraid"
During the time, we kept calling the female owner of the company and ask her to resolve this issue. she said, well, this person sometimes is nice. did you say something to annoy him??
We asked her to call him directly telling him just unload the stuff to our garage, we just want our stuff and want him to leave. Even when he was on the phone with her, he kept yelling (on the drive way of our quiet neighborhood) and saying things like "I HATE THESE XXX COUNTRY PEOPLE. THEY ARE LUNATIC, THEY ARE IDIOTS...."

We couldn't even stand at the doorway to watch they unloading. Because he would yell and bullies us.

Sorry the story is very long. I wish i could show my recording here to warn whoever thinking about hiring them.

We ended up paying full price (labor x hours + gas $) and urge him to leave. And with full garage of our stuff and furnitures, we had to hire temp workers to move them inside the house and upstairs.

During the time we were counting money to PAY him, we softly asking him to wait outside. worker A refused to go out, and kept yelling: "GIVE ME MONEY! GIVE ME MONEY!..." none-stop! and kept yelling give me money i will go.

PART 2: yes, there is a part 2. When we try to assemble the dinning table. we found 1 of the legs was missing. 4 legs were originally carefully wrapped with wrapper, packed by ourselves. it was being opened, and 1 of them missing. We called the company again and kindly asking them to try help us "SEARCHING" for it. the female owner said the truck should be all cleared
but she would check with the workers next day.

Next day, she "FOUND" it. We drove all the way to pick it up and guess what, we found another headboard of the bed set (we didn't have time to assemble that part yet). The female owner then said: "YES, SOMETIMES THE DRIVERS WOULD HIDE ITEMS FROM CUSTOMERS JUST TO SHOW THEIR REVENGE"

Hire them or not ? you judge.

Unprofessional moving company. They demanded tip and was never upfront with the price.

They also go by the name of Good Luck Moving. I found this company through the Chinese yellow pages. They were not the cheapest movers I researched and they had a moderately good rating on the Chinese yellow pages website. I thought it would be smart for me to not spend too much money on mover since I didn't have much to move. I feel regretful not searching them on Yelp earlier.

When they got to the location and started unloading, the worker stepped on one of my lamp shades and cracked the shade. I reacted to ask, will you guys take responsibility for the shade. At that moment, all hell broke loose and the temper tantrums started. Both workers threatened to leave to job unpaid and to leave my things on the side of the street. They demanded that I pay in full including tips or they would not continue work. A tip is optional, that is why it is called a tip. If it was built in, in they should just add $20 to the hourly charge. This is definitely false advertising.

I had no other choice but to pay them in full since they were pretty much holding my stuff hostage. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. They continued to complain the whole time saying how nice they are and how they are helping me after I gave them grief.

This is honestly the worst moving company. One of the workers called after because he lost his wallet and he asked me to find it. I looked, but I'm glad I didn't find anything. There's just one word I have to say, karma.

The guy stepped on my lamp shade!!

      ON TIME AND FAST MOVERS!!

I was recommended by my friend. They arrive on time and started packing my things. They wrapped all my furniture so it was protected. They broke down the pieces of my bed and table so it's easy to package it then they put it back together when it came to my apartment. The price is reasonable including the gas and hourly rate was $260 for 3hrs (that's the minimum) + I gave each person $20 tip since it was raining that day. Overall experience was great!

We used this company twice and we were satisfied with their jobs. Their rate is cheap and they worked fast. We didn't have any damages to our stuff. They also agreed to stop at a different location to unload some stuff and proceed to the final destination. I recommended it to a friend and she liked them too.

I agreed with all the other posts. They demand for tips.

I offered each worker $40 per person ,and also provided a pizza lunch, and they still demand for $60 per person for 6 hours move. They say they need to get $10 per hour for the tips. So end up tipping $180 for 3 workers

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I made the mistake of not checking yelp because they were referred by friends. They showed up at my house at 7:50am with 3 guys and 1 of them hopped out of the truck to show me the time right away to let me know they "started the clock" even though they spent the next 10 mins parking their truck in the right spot and then finally opening the back liftgate at 8:00am. I suppose it's on my dime to pay them to park.

The lady who made my reservation recommended I use 3 guys because it will be faster. It was very clear that was a mistake when I started seeing one of them pretty much hanging back in the truck "organizing" while the other two were moving items from my house to the truck. The next 3 hours go by and I see many trips where the movers were only carrying small hand carry items and making unnecessary trips back and forth with small items. I've moved 4 times in the last 10 years and have always used movers. It was obvious they were trying to burn time by making more trips to the truck with small items.

Despite all of the wasted time, I've always been more lenient on movers because I understand it's hard labor. So I let them do as they please, as long as my stuff gets from point A to point B in a "somewhat efficient" manner.

The last straw was when they finished. Clock ended at 1:30pm and he told me the total time was 6 hours. He said "it was just a few minutes difference" and that it was better for me to pay over than for the company to charge them for it. I did the math for him and explained that they didn't start until 8am, and ended at 1:30pm- which means 5.5 hours. He insisted that it was 6 hours and basically wasn't taking no for an answer. Then he proceeded to tell me that their tip was $10/hour per mover, so I will need to pay $180 in tip.

Let me get this straight...not only are you OVERCHARGING me by ROUNDING the hours up by 1/2 an hour. But you're also making me pay a mandatory tip based on the INFLATED hours?

Paid a total of $700 for everything.

If you like to get ripped off, I highly recommend this company.

Avoid this moving company! Very rough movers they use dolly on wooden floor and yank it up the stairs. I am not saying that they took anything since I have no proof but some stuff in open boxes were missing after the move. They tossed trash on my neighbor's lawn after the move very low class and unprofessional. Should of yelped before hiring them.

I wish I could give 0 star to this scam company. We had negotiated the labor and moving price with the company.!When the movers came to my house, they said they demand an extra $200 tips because moving one of my table glass cover was too "risky". I said "I will pay tips accordingly after moving. Just do your best to protect the glass. Even if it's damaged I won't say anything." They seemed upset and disagree. I said I am gonna call your boss to discuss about this issue. Then they were so pissed to tell me not to. I refused to pay $200 tips, they refused to work and left.
Don't call this company for your moving. Very upset and bad experience.

This moving company just using unprofessional people to help you move the goods.
If you do not care your brand new furniture or interior house then you can use this company. I also need to mention you one thing, if you do not care about your money and you can use this unprofessional moving company.
This is bad moving company that I had ever met before in USA.
