I had a set of high end speakers installed last week and although it cost more to install them than what we thought due to customizing, that was nobodies fault. Will was great and they did a very professional install of my speakers. I will definitely recommend and use Audio FX again in the future!

I had my brand new Dodge Durango in for tint and had a great experience. Very nice work and the tint man Richard was very knowledgeable (laws pertaining tint levels) ( he will do what you want after explaining) and uses high end tint not that cheap stuff that has permanent bubbles etc. when I get my new challenger definitely coming back!

This is the worst shop, don't walk away run! Their so many better deals out their.

I am a single female. I went into audio fx and purchased a dvd deck and made an appt for the installation later that day. the manager told me it would cost me an extra 125 ontop of the 320 I payed for the dvd/stereo. when I told him I couldn't afford that he told me he doesn't do cash refunds. I hadn't even touched the deck. he didn't even open the box. he treated me very disrespectfully, and talked down on me. he would not return my calls and then threatened me if I didn't stop calling him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS SENSE AND NO MANNERS. I will NEVER use their services and steer clear of ANY interactions with this company in any way.

I brought them my vehicle and got a quote for $150 to install a new high-end stereo. They did a terrible job and the new stereo doesn't sit flush in the dash. Also, they BROKE my old stereo when removing. It also was a high-end stereo with nothing at all wrong with it, I was just upgrading to a newer model. They also badly scratched the top of my dash somehow during installation. To add insult to injury, they attempted to charge me $250 instead of the $150 that was quoted.

I see Sean has responded to my review saying I reviewed the wrong place. NO, I did not to go a store on Burnside. I reviewed the correct place on 82nd, which is your location.

Will helped me with my car radio. He was honest and saved me about 275. I won't name names of the other car audio place, but basically, the other place recommended gutting out my whole system. Will simply took a look at it, tweaked a couple of things, and explained why I didn't need to overhaul everything.

I went to these guys on time crunch needing to replace some speakers I had blown out and they were great! Although it was on the higher end of my budget, I anticipated that if I wanted good sound from quality speakers and fast installation then I have to be ready to pay a bit more. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and had a good selection of quality speakers.

So far I am happy with the clear sound and I hope it lasts with no issues as others have mentioned. It appears their issues are specific to the stereo and alarm systems. For just speakers, this is a good local shop to check out.

Please ignore the negative reviews by people who have unreal expectations. The service here is professional and fair. I have always had the best experiences and trust veterans in the aftermarket car industry that are NOT teenagers.
I have had stereos installed, speakers modified, and Cables routed through dash boards! This weekend I am having my windows tinted and know that the service will be great!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Their unprofessional attitude that apparently comes with the new management is appalling. Stay away at all costs. Trust me you will be happy if you do.

THIEF'S!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I wish I could give negative stars but that is not possible. I had a deck installed in my girlfriends Nissan Juke and decided to hook up the steering wheel controls as well. The deck was installed with no issues but the steering wheel controls would not work. The installer said he could contact someone who could walk him through on the wiring to make them work. We agreed to this and brought back the car the following weekend when the installer would be able to talk to the person who could help him do the install. After the installer spent a few hours trying to hook them up it turns out it wasn't possible. We went to pick up the car and appreciated the installer made the best effort to install the steering wheel controls. We paid for services up front with cash when the deck was installed so we wanted the $85 dollars back for the install that was not completed. He said they don't carry that much cash on hand so the owner would have to send a check for the amount. I gave him my address and went on my way. After waiting a while I contacted them about the check and they said it was mailed. I wait some more and called again and they said it was mailed. I waited some more and called back to find out they said the check was returned in the mail. I once again gave them my address and low and behold I wait some more and still no check. I think they are simply refusing to refund me my money and hoping I will stop pestering them about it. Well guess what, I don't give up that easy and know how to file complaints with the better business bureau.
