Recently downsized and needed storage to accommodate furniture planned for a future rental spot. Donna got me setup in just a few minutes. Later when the truck arrived with the furniture, I need additional space. Mack made a unit immediately available and handled the paperwork as the movers did their job. The facility is very clean and the staff very friendly.

This place is a new business and that is finally getting all the start-up kinks worked out. (Personnel, Security, etc) I experienced a few hi-cups up-front (communication, billing, RV was broken into in the outside lot.) They immediately pursued getting a 7,000 volt electric fence installed and resolved the other issues. The fence is up and working and they gave me 3 months free rent to make it right. Definitely better than a chain storage facility.

Four major advantages for me are:

2. They will accept packages for you and lock them in your unit for no additional charge. This is huge for me because I get boxes for work 2 or 3 times a week, now I don't have to come home to boxes on my door step every other day. i can do it once a week or so.

3. Extremely clean and secure.

4. Bills are e-mailed to me every month

My wife and I have been using Atlantic Storage for my wife's business for a number of years. We have been extremely pleased with the facility. It is very clean, welcoming and secure. Donna, the manager, as well as the other staff members, have always been extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering suggestions as to size and location of units to best suit our needs. And we have rented from the smallest to the largest units available. The pricing is very fair for a climate controlled facility.
