Very poorly managed store. Several people waiting on service and no one took names in the order of arrival. I suggested that someone should be keeping a list and was told they were busy and just wait.
So an argument started over which customer came in first.

I went to at&t where I bought my apple phones. I had an issues because I lost my discount from AT&T. IT tool be 3 days to get this fixed. Sadly I also visited this lake lake at&t store for help.
They said they could save me money. I started with a $166. They suggested I change service to save and I would save $ 70 per month. As it turned out my cost went from $166 a month to $255 a month. There is only one person there with any brain cells left when I visited and that person and that person was me!
Run away from this store and those there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 27, 2021Previous reviewI visited the store today (8/27 1pm) with an issue about how to view my directv account and bills. I had to wait for 45 minutes for anyone to talk to me. Then they had zero answer of help.
The problem is that at&t set up a method to have 2 services on one
web site so the customer (me) only had to open either to review each service. The problem comes in when something does not work as expected.
I tried the at-t and directv web sites and self help on both with no luck. This caused me to go to the at-t store, see above.
The people in the store today had no answer of help. In my case for 3 days I got no help from the on-line support of at-t store. I plan on dumping all of this junk asap and go elswhere. - 4153137415008Feb 26, 2021
THIS Store is an Authorized Dealer, versus a franchise.
Had a really good experience with setting up a new iPhone Pro Max. It took 3.5 hrs to go through all the details and get the proper discounts & so on, but everything worked smoothly, the staff acted properly and not-condescending or impatient and there was a good vibe in the air.

Employee sitting in the back room drinking coffee while people are waiting not good.
Guy takes some names at sign in and disappears not waiting on customers.
Been here about 20 minutes and people are still in the back office talking and playing with their phones. Someone brought in orange juice and food for the employees who were sitting in the back office I assume.

Great experience here. Had to wait for a few minutes, but that's been my experience at whatever phone store I've visited.
Went in to take advantage of their Military promotion and met with Diane. She walked me through the procedure and described what was involved and I signed up and got new service and a free new Samsung. Diane was very patient in explaining everything as I'm very tech challenged. She even called Directv on my behalf because they balked at giving me the $15 monthly military discount they advertised.
After using an Iphone for many years, I just couldn't adjust myself to the Samsung android, so I returned to the store to exchange it. Diane was off that day, but Tarence and James picked up right where Diane left off and I was quickly out the door with a new Iphone.
Very nice experience and I was very pleased with how friendly these folks are.

went there to get new service because one of my phones was being phased out. was told that i would get a free phone and only pay for the minutes i use and the other phone would be unlimited service. i said ok. shortly after i agreed to that plan they canceled the phone number on the phased out phone and said they had a new phone that would be $79.00 and $100.00 dollars deposit for minutes. i said what happened to the free phone, well i was told they cant do that and they cant reinstate the phone they disabled. talk about bait and switch . after an hour and them realizing i wasnt falling for their bs, they got the phone to work. got home and there was a message from at&t saying my new bill will be $203.00. what ? got it straightened out by calling the 800 number. dont shop at this store, you will be sorry.

Wow........what a bunch of liars....said it was bogo and lied, 4000 + for 2 iPad 8+ and only one gb .....of data.......not bogo....they think old people are senile...go to Verizon..

Beware this store is NO LONGER A CORPORATE STORE, NEITHER IS THE ONE IN LK SUMTER LANDING. I'm not sure which one is worse so I suggest NOBODY go to anything but an Authorized Corporate Store for any assistance with the miserable AT&T, it's customer service, billing deceits and unconscionable lies and schemes. I haven't had AT&T for 3 months yesterday I keep getting monthly bills, they claim I owe 3 back months when I do not owe them one red cent. Awful company all around, not to mention there is little to no service in some parts of The Villages's, Florida. Go with Verizon's Pre-paid service I have more data than I will ever use and unlimited calls and texts. Cost $35.00 a month, no contract and EXCELLENT SIGNAL. 5 bars on my iPhone now. The only corporate store in the area is the one in Lady Lake across from the police station no lines no waiting. They do it right the FIRST TIME. Forewarned is Forearmed!

WORSE customer EVER! Went in and they were quite busy. No problem. Left and returned later to find that there were just a few customers being waited on and "thought" we'd be next. Asked if there was a system like numbers or sign ins since no one greeted us. Was told "nope. It's just the way it is here" and the guy walked away.
People began coming in and roaming around. Some stopping the salespeople to ask if there was anyone to help them. They were told to just wait around and someone will get to them.
Eventually a man came out with his tablet and proceeded to take down names (in random order while we were left standing to wait til the end). At that point we left and will be spreading the word........Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
