AT&T Store

I'm not sure where you're ATT with your planning about switching from Verizon, but we're about halfway there.

This AT&T store not too far from the Houston Galleria is where Barbie went with me when she was thinking of switching to AT&T - but she didn't actually end up going for it although they were pretty helpful and friendly. We may both be doing it in the future sooner or later. It's likely that we could even come into this store to do it because they were friendly.

Close before their posted hours, drove all the way over for them to be closed at 6:45, not 7:00 like it says online. I called customer service and they said that there were 2 employees inside still clocked in but all the doors are locked and there's no one there

Quoted me a price to trade in my phone to buy the new 15 pro. Purchased phone turned in my old phone and when At&T corporate received it then only gave me $180 versus the $830 the store said I'd get. I'm now paying $30 a month for installments for a $1099 phone. Such a scam!!!!

Worst ever. DO NOT COME HERE. Manager is NEVER here. Tried to upgrade my phone as I have been a customer for 20 years. I'm now waiting in here for the FOURTH time to see if they can finally get it right. Charged me for the total cost of a new phone, added a line (charged for that also) that I did not want or need or ask for- and also took my old iPhone and gave me ZERO trade in. Ridiculous. It's like a a used car lot- they lie to your face and make you come back 10 times to straighten it out. AWFUL! Run away. Go to the Apple Store for new phones. NOT THIS PLACE.

I walked in and the employee with the black hair stares at me and did not say a word. He was with a customer, but he could've welcomed me atleast. I sat down and waited. He finished with the first guy, walked passed me while giving me a certain look and helped another customer. Which was fine since the customer was their first, but I felt uncomfortable. So I decided to wait in line for a different employee. The brown hair guy was also helping a customer. I hear that they were finishing up. As I wait another guy behind me walks in. The blonde hair employee said," I will be right with you sir". I felt disrespected. The lady he was helping said that I was here first and he didn't respond. I will not stay in a place where I am not wanted. So I left. Don't come here if you expect good service.

I've always been helped and been suggested the best plans for me and my family..
Starting from the store manager to the employees ( Luis Cortez helped me this time ) all has been more than a positive experience.

Wow , totally scammed us. As a new couple we wanted to share a phone line. We made it a point that we wanted our address and names on the account. We also didn't want to pay for our old Apple Watch. Welll the nice sales man said sure sure sure , and now that I have access after he said it would all be changed I realized he just didn't think we would check. We are switching providers and luckily her dad is a lawyer. What a waste of time and money

The associates in this store very rude with no customer service skills at all. Horrible ppl I would drive out my way to have better experience. Just terrible who's your parents and boss Ayden??? The other assistant (Destanie) was helpful while still helping other ppl thank you.

Always such a long wait at this store for anything and everything. It seems like they are understaffed and lack training to expedite customers requests. A simple payment here takes forever and there is not even one of those self service machines to save time, so you have no option but to deal with the slow personnel.
Get enough people or at least a self service machine.
