Horrible service. My phone broke and I went here trying to get help. I got none. They told me to go to the service center on Burnet road to get issue resolved quickly. I drove there only to discover THE REPAIR CENTER NO LONGER EXISTS AND HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR SOME TIME. Horrible customer service. I will be cancelling my ATT and going with another service provider which actually knows how to handle these situations. If I could give them one star I would

My fiancé and I went in last minute on a weekday since we both work late we literally got into the door at almost 8 pm. (Closing time) Now I realize that not everybody has attentive customer service, but given the fact that we are grandfathered into our AT&T account, we were hoping to receive very good customer service, even if it was just letting us know that they are closed We would've been fine with that but since they went ahead and took us in (because they didn't say no) we went ahead with purchasing some new phones. The store representative by the name of Isaiah greeted us and pretty much told us that they are closing, but he will go ahead and help us out. He told us this about 3 to 4 times. Now like I said, I realize that people are closing and had they told us that they couldn't see us. We would've been fine with that and probably returned another day. He went ahead and still helped us and I think him for his customer service even though it felt rushed and it's It's technically his job I thanked him. Even the corporate manager was there, and I acknowledge him. But maybe I acknowledged too soon. Because when we got home I received a notification that our plan for our television package was mixed into our phone plan. Which we did not do obviously because we don't work behind the iPad, and that our new order of phones was sent to the WRONG ADDRESS! I don't understand because he asked for our ID's with our updated address, walked in! Lesson learned: confirm that everything is set to the right address and make sure that they don't change anything in your plan. We were on the phone for HOURS with Customer Service. I have to make sure to all this is done correctly before I give a good compliment again. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time at this location. We definitely definitely will be going somewhere else from now on. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

I would like the world to know that Franco, the manager, and his staff went above and beyond to help me with my new iPhone. They greeted me immediately when arriving and jumped in to help me get my phone set up for me when I was so so rushed to make a birthday party! They got home set up and walked me out in less than 10 min with such professionalism and thoughtfulness. I'll always come to this location, they are the best! Thank you all!

My go to ATT store hands down. Bought all my devices here because of the quick and friendly service here. Most recent visit was great as usual. Manuel was super patient with me when helping me backup my phone and didn't make me feel pressured when looking at accessories. Always happy to upgrade here!

After 10+ loyal years with AT&T for mobile services, after 5 years for internet, and after getting all of our new iPhones there, we just switched over to T-Mobile--and that is thanks to this store.

We went in here a couple weeks ago because we're going to France for two weeks and want to have international coverage. The price to do so would have been $10/day--PER PERSON--with super limited daily limits for data or a $75 monthly fee and then you pay per minute. Oh yeah, ON TOP of your normal monthly fee. Both options are so completely ridiculous and overpriced that we asked the salesperson to do something for us (for the reasons stated above): either waive one line, suspend the two weeks from our monthly plan, anything. He said he "just couldn't". We asked to speak to a manager, and of course one wasn't there, so we left our information and were told that we'd get a call back from "Cesar" by evening.

What a surprise that we never heard from anybody! We went into T-Mobile the following week and were treated like royalty. Their prices and plans were so superior, in every way, that we thought someone was pulling a fast one on us. Nope--AT&T just REALLY sucks, and the fact that they were willing to lose two loyal customers because of incompetent service tells you everything. And the irony is tres thick here because, as it turns out, AT&T was running a promotion for the Women's World Cup (BTW, Go USA!) for free service in France and the sales guy didn't even know about it...!

Our only hope in writing this review is that a regional manager will see it and give this store the upbraiding it deserves. Adios, jerks.

The manager Tim is one of the most patient, understanding and kind customer service representatives I have ever encountered at any business. He bent over backwards to try and help me solve my issue. I knew I could put my full trust in him to do his best to find a solution. ATT is lucky to have him!

      Liars. Go somewhere else.

If there were any way, any way at all, that I could subtract stars from this particular AT&T dealer, I would. If it was possible to telepathically send a message to everyone in Austin to avoid this place - at all costs, I would do it in a heartbeat.

They are absolutely, deliberately, without redemption - the worst business I have dealt with in the past ten years. And I nearly got charged $2000 for an air conditioner that was still under warranty. THAT company was miles and years better than the unprofessional, unethical and unapologetic staff at this store.

First, they said I couldn't keep my grandfathered unlimited plan with the 128 gb phone. NOT TRUE. Then, they didn't have the phone I wanted, when I, like a complete dumbass, believed them. When I asked them if they could call other stores to see if any other place had them - they said, yea...they checked and no one had them. They took my information and told me they would order the phone and I should come back .... in a week.

I said okay - just to get the fuck out of there. And, I went to another store - the one in South Austin, on 71.

THEY said - no problem. Got the phone. You can keep your unlimited.

Oh, but wait - you're not eligible for an upgrade. Says here - you've already got a new phone this afternoon. And - you switched plans.

      No, I said. I didn't.

I'm not even gonna list the rest. Turns out the lying, unscrupulous - strictly out for profits salesman at the Capital Plaza AT&T, he put a lock on my phone, put his name on it and just laid waste to my plan.

But ... hey! Good news. When I went back the next day to bitch about it - they said they had received a shipment of the exact phones I wanted that morning (probably). I can get one now.

Well, I didn't want one now and I waited there - for FOUR hours and they couldn't take the lock off of my phone.

You know, I'm still so disgusted and this happened back in February - that I'll just leave it here. They're worth no more of my time or energy.

ATT customer service is going down hill. I purchased their insurance had to use it and was sent a refurbished phone instead of a new one. The phone they sent me was water damaged and Att would not stand behind the product. They charged me over $500 for the replacement they sent me only a couple weeks earlier. I will be switching service provider after 18 years.

Oh my god some seriously poorly trained people work here. My husband and I went in to try out the differences between two phones and had to deal with the most airheaded and lazy sales rep I have ever dealt with. She actually had the gall to text on her iPhone while we were trying to ask her about the phones we were considering buying.

She didn't listen to, answer, or even friggin acknowledge any of our questions and just stared into her phone or walked off whenever we tried to get her attention.

I'm actually on my third hour long phone call to AT&T about my text messages and voice mail not working and they're saying it's likely because of a damaged SIM card because it was installed improperly. NOW WHO INSTALLED THAT SIM CARD?

Airhead iPhone girl with her unprofessional super long nails!

I always dread having to go to the phone store, no matter what. My latest visit was to change my Vermont number to a local Austin number. I was prepared for an hour of nonsense, up selling, contract renegotiation, tears and possibly some blood.

I was pleasantly surprised. 15 minutes round trip. I had some questions about my bill and also wanted to check out some cases. Rob expertly handled all of my requests and I was on my way - happy camper here!
