Richard and his team made our decision easier choosing home care provider. We did not base our decision because Richard's expertise in home care and Physical Therapy. Our decision was based on how he educates his caregivers to deliver the best care available. In today's market there are many Home Care agencies to chose from. Assisting Hands Naperville stands above them all!

I've had occasion to call Assisting Hands in Naperville twice now and each time my call was taken promptly and my assistance needs thoroughly evaluated. Assisting Hands sent to my house a person who was polite, on time and kind. Happy with their service.

We are grateful for Assisting Hands in bringing home to Mom The Best in caregiving. Our mother had Alzheimer's and was on hospice. If you are unsure who to choose don't blink an eye on Assisting Hands. Worth the money and the Care the caregivers give is 5 star plus

After reviewing a few services, I settled on Assisting Hands. I got the feeling Jennifer understood what we were looking for, and gave me the impression she and her team could deliver it. They could not. We soon found out they are very much understaffed and sent us anyone they could get their hands on. From a professional stand point, they should have been honest with me and told me they were currently over booked, and understaffed and could not provide the service. The caregivers they sent were definately sub par. Poor communication, poor home-care staff and poor office staff. My recomendation woudl be that you avoid their service.

I love being apart of assisting hands working with different clients and knowing that what I do makes a difference, I also like that the Supervisors and managers work with your schedule that fits best for you

The caregivers from Assisting Hands where very compassionate and caring people. They where able to give us the ease of mind that we needing. I like that all of the caregivers are trained in both First aid and CPR. I would not hesitate to use their services.

Our experience with Assisting Hands in Naperville in regards to my husband's over 100 year grandmother has been a wonderful experience. Grandma has had a caregiver coming in for approximately six hours per week over the last couple years. The caregiver, Rosie, has been a sheer blessing to Grandma. She does Grandma's laundry, provides companionship, plays cards with her, has taken her out on errands, etc. Rosie goes out of her way to make Grandma feel special.....makes her ice cream shakes in conjunction with her protein shakes, rubs her legs and feet, engages her in conversation, brings her things to read, etc. She shows a genuine interest in Grandma that shines through in all that she does. Rosie is a burst of energy and a positive force in Grandma's life. What a wonderful match especially for a Grandma who didn't want a caregiver .... what she has found is a friend.
