Good, fast food. My order of the teriyaki chicken bowl (#1) was called for as soon as I set my number down on the table, I ran back up because the lady was yelling out the numbers AGGRESSIVELY. Our table was only 2 tables away from the cashier, so we heard her loud and for the entire dining duration. My other friend ordered a #1 as well, but his chicken looked darker and had more sauce. I walked up and asked for a side teriyaki sauce. No problem.

However, my friend ordered the korean short rib plate. He was the first to order out of our group and his plate took a looong time to make. The impatient look on his face was a little comical. I offered him some of my food while he waited but he denied. I tried to coax him through it and tell him it'll be worth the wait and it'll be sooo good! (Mind you, we just had a long day of snowboarding so we barged in as hungry animals!) His order eventually came. To our disappointment, there was no flavor! Poor guy. I would've given this rating 4 stars but because of the long anticipated disappointment, I had to go with 3 stars.

Lol the #1 I got looked nothing like the picture here. It was a bunch of shitty shredded chicken that may well have been from a can with a tiny bit of teriyaki flavor to it. No wonder it only took like 10 seconds to prepare.

Despite that the bowl was at least edible and not disgusting so 2* I guess. 7.50 after tax for the chicken bowl and around $11 for everything else is a little overpriced for rice/noodle bowls, but it's a casino, so you have to expect price jacking

It was a little after noon and I was starting to get hungry. The Boyfriend brought up the idea of hitting up a buffet (he was probably really hungry too). We found a spot in Harrah's on the 18th floor (thank you Yelp). But when we arrive, we found out by the sign on the front that they didn't open until 4:30P. That was 1 1/2 from then. Too hungry to drive anywhere else, we decided any next best thing would be fine.

We followed the signs that said "food court" and we arrive to a small area with a burger joint, an italian joint (that reminds me of Sbarro) and this place (that closely resembles Panda Express -just not as greasy).

The Boyfriend chose italian and I Asian Grill Express. Their variety aren't that big, but it was good enough for me. I wanted to choose the beef & shrimp over rice, but I went the more healthy route and gave in to Hawaiian BBQ Chicken over white rice instead.

The girl at the register was professional and clear. I was able to order without a problem (then again, I'm a pretty easy customer).

It was made to order so I had to wait for a bit. Not long (say, about 5-7 minutes?), they called out my number and I grabbed my meal. The chicken was surprisingly thoroughly cooked and somehow they kept the tenderness of the chicken. The vegetables were perfect at a boil and the rice was sticky enough for my taste.

I wish we had one at home (Redwood City). It was set up like a Panda Express, had the option like In&Out burger, but a lot more healthy.

If I was in the area again, I definitely have to stop by at least once on my next Tahoe trip. I liked it.

This is another addition to the mini food court inside Harrahs and it's almost similar to Sarku at the malls back home. They have similar entrees with teriyaki beef, chicken or shrimp served with sautéed veggies served over rice or noodles. They also have other rice plate options as well! I think this place is decent to grab a bite to eat that different for the area since it's pretty new. It's a great place to grab something for lunch or being out all day skiing or boating.

Simply disgusting food. If you are looking for a nice warm soup after a day of skiing or to help your massive hangover;) do not come here. The food is tasteless and disgusting, the biggest waste of money! Yaaaaaaaak!!!

We didn't eat here due to the fact that none of the workers are Asian and one of the cooks stood in front of us for10 min tucking his hair in. Then went to the meat cutting station without washing his hands. Ewwww

Yuck! I ordered the $8.99 "shrimp" wonton noodle soup. I thought they made a mistake & gave me cabbage soup. Wtf? It was full of chopped cabbage, had four small wonton pieces, few pieces of broccoli, & overcooked noodles. Broth was tasteless. Waste of money.

quick late night chinese spot in the casino. I wasn't expecting much, hoping for decent chinese food.. It almost made it to decent, if not for the lack/burnt chicken pieces i got as chicken to go with my spaghetti noodles...teriyaki sauce was the only decent thing about my late night dinner.

We stumbled across the Asian Grill Express inside of Harrah's Casino in South Lake Tahoe over the past 4th of July weekend since we were hungry but didn't have any particular "cravings." Their menu items are pretty simple and looked really good (not your typical Panda Express fare) so we decided to give it a try. The hubby and I both ordered their pork & shrimp wonton noodle soup since I was feeling a little under the weather and it turned out to be a good choice. The broth was flavorful and you get a ton of noodles, wontons, and vegetables. Filled us up and for the $8 you can't beat it elsewhere in SLT.
