Ascot receives the highest marks from me as they provided exceptional customer service. I rented several items including china, silverware and linens, in addition to tables and chairs, for a close family friend's funeral luncheon.

Yolanda went above and beyond to help me get everything ordered and took extra special care of my needs. I highly recommend Ascot for any rental needs as they are a class act!

Yolanda was very nice over the phone and helped me make a reservation for 160 white, wooded, padded folding chairs for our wedding reception. When the chairs were delivered, many of them were in poor condition: the paint was chipped or scraped off in several places and they were dirty and looked old and beaten up. Our friends who set up for our reception had to wipe them all down which took a lot of time. We were surprised and disappointed, but at that point there was nothing we could do. It was embarrassing because we had beautiful dining tables and decorations all around the room, and then we had these dinged up chairs for our guests. I called Yolanda after our event and she did arrange for a refund on the rental fee but I paid their delivery fee for drop off and pick up. If I had known their stock was in such bad condition I would have rented from another company. They need to take some time and inspect their inventory.

After a horrible experience with party outlet down the street from this place, these guys were able to accommodate our request of 3 large tables and 20 chairs at the last minute for the same price. The tables were a little bit splintery but we put table cloths over them anyway and we were just so happy to find somewhere that was able to help us out at such short notice

Rented a canopy tent, tables, chairs, linen, and a bar stand from them. Rick is extremely easy to work with and their team is very accommodating.

The place to go if you're looking for party rentals, Budget Trucks or, if you have large scale company events--Ascot is the company to see.

The ONLY place to go... We have used this company for years. ALWAYS friendly, can do attitude, quality is there. Rick is fabulous. always with smile in his voice on the phone, positive and they work with you on drop off and pick up.

I used Ascot for my sons engagement party. I have nothing but great things to say about their service. Yolanda helped me from day one and she was amazing. I had all my questions answered and she and the company provided nothing but the best customer service. I ordered a tent and a very knowledgeable and helpful employee came out Measured and discussed locations. All my stuff arrived and they set up the tent and even set up tables and chairs. Not just dropped them off. I want to thank them and promise to use them again.

The service, response time, and customer service was very good, no complaints there. However the white folding chairs we rented were not in very good shape. The seats themselves were not dirty, but the metal framing was VERY scratched. i was a little embarrased to put them out at my daughters birthday so I went back to their warehouse to see if I could get some nicer ones. They were very willing to let me pick better chairs, but once I got back there I realized they were all pretty scratched and rusty and I wasn't going to find any better ones. If you are having a fancy event, I would think twice about getting their white chairs.

I used Ascot for my son's graduation party. I rented 5 tables and 40 chairs and all was delivered on time. The price was on par as other companies but their delivery fee was much less. Their staff was responsive and I would use their company again without hesitation.
