If I could give zero stars I would. THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I needed (and still need) VIN verification for my travel. Michelle gave a day that she would show up and despite repeated requests throughout the day, continued to be vague. At 4:15 she let me know that she had to replace two tires on her card, and then gave me a BS reason that she didn't let know. She then told me she would come around 6 pm that day.

Last night and all today I have left texts, emails, and voicemail, with never any response.

I've never heard of being ghosted by a company, but I guess there is a first time for everything.

Its amazing the services you learn about when you work for a company that has two offices and you just need to get misc. business done. Its amazing that these niche little companies are out there and just know how to help companies in such a convenient and efficient way.

The company I work for has large trucks that we either own or rent or lease. Occasionally we buy one of our rental or leases and in order to process the purchase we need to get misc. DMV registration and records verified.

We are a busy company and my guys who drive these trucks are always out on the road. So it was very convenient to schedule a time for ASAP Lien Sales to meet us at our office early in the morning before our guys head out to verify the VIN and fill out the necessary paper work to submit to DMV.

Its was so fast and efficient. My two most favorite things to expect from any business.

Please be aware of this place. They're scammer and only take your money but not doing the work.

I purchased a truck from Colorado and needed them to verify the VIN. Called them at 9:45am and they told me to drive in. In at 10:15 and done by 10:45. They were nice enough to tell me I needed my truck weighed and gave me list of scale companies.

Will definitely use again.

Let me start off by saying, I despise individuals who take to Yelp out of spite - but I am providing this feedback as a way to help other businesses avoid the experience that we did. ASAP Lien Sales is receiving 1 star, only because there is not a 0 star option.

The owner scheduled an appointment with me on the phone for a VIN# verification, 3 days ahead of time. I followed up with an email that had my office number, the VIN#'s, and the locations. There was 3 people that drove from Oakland waiting to have their VIN#'s verified.

He was over an hour late, never called the office number provided, and then emailed me back 12 hours later telling me that I was now on a "Do Not Sell List" because of HIS troubles.

Unprofessional, and simply put: bad business.

I purchased an out of state classic car in need of some work, so I gave ASAP a call to verify vin so I wouldn't have to take vehicle to the DMV. They were so accommodating (last minute schedule changes on my end). Steven on the phone communicated very well and David who came out was very helpful. I ended up hiring them to complete the process from A-Z. I received a call from Steven an hour later that David would drop the plates and registration off to me. Man, that was fast! So glad I didn't waste an entire morning and spend money towing car to the DMV! They didn't even collect a penny until the very end. I would definitely use them again!

Definitely very convenient. As you know buying a car from out of state you need to get a vin verification. This is easy and convenient they come out to the vehicles location and do it all. If you need a vin check hit them up .
